Stasis Aspect "Howl of the Storm" is no longer obtainable. I need to complete the "Aspect of Influence" quest, and I've already finished its first step: "Darkness investigated," and obtained the necessary item (Empowered skeleton key). The second step "2/3" of the quest says, "This quest step has not been yet revealed." I did the Exo Challenge at the normal level, after which I should be able to do the Heroic version of the quest. However, it's not activating. Since the quest is not working, how can I get the missing Aspect "Howl of the Storm”?
