I’d rather not bash my head against the wall for 50 10 minute matches to get a reset, when I could do it in a fraction of that time if the other team finishes rounds in under a minute. I’ve played this mode too long, since D1. Sick of it now.

Actually played it again today and was wrecking shop in eruption. People seem to hate it for some weird reason. Still would rather have easy rep though.

Some people (like myself) like objective game modes more than slayer game modes. They’re more tactical. For people who don’t like out-thinking other people and prefer slaying, yes, eruption is fun. I prefer control.

I’d say you definetly have to out think other people in eruption, seeing as everyone is arc Titan either shotgun rushing with peregrine greaves or cloud strike. You have to think about how to cheese them out before they steamroll you and your team and purposefully spawn trap yoi
