New Light - Weapon Mods
Good morrow to thee, I am reporting that new lights / new accounts created in season 20 can not access any weapon mods except for adept weapon mods that are unlocked organically. Armor mods like grenade kickstart are also locked and not able to be earned.

Bungie is aware but dont seem to care that much. You're also missing alot of ghost shell mods
