So tired of this ...####......Have a problem, ZERO way to actually contact anyone at Bungie Support bc the ONLY way to contact them is for stuff for Eververse, paid-for content, and Emblem rewards...........Other than that..F OFF So today, as we all know, everyone is donating their "coins", and at certain levels, you get certain rewards. Donate 1400 coins, get 2 Enhancement Prism's. Donate 1800, get 1 Ascendant Shard. Donate 2400 coins, get the Exotic "Swashbuckler Shell I got the E. Prism 2+ days ago. Played a ton since then and racking up and donating hundred upon hundreds off coins bc I need the Ascendant Shard. Just donated like 700 from today, easily going over the, 1800 reward mark, and it didn't give me Ascendant Shard reward, BUT receive the exotic Swashbuckler Shell I've tweeted @BungieHelp about this, BUT OF COURSE, AND AS FRIKKEN USUAL...NO ONE RESPONDS. So, and I already KNEW this next part was gonna be ZERO HELP bc Bungie DNGAF about us anymore, as their HELP SECTION is the worst thing they every created bc they DO NOT WANT TO ACTUALLY HELP ANYONE. Look at the site. Search the problem you're having, didn't get a reward, like a PRISM, or Shard, or say a Weapon, OH WELL!! If it's NOT, "PAID FOR CONTENT....OR EVERVERSE...They don't wanna hear from you. Problem with the web site? F OFF What is your/our recourse? NOTHING Well, LOL....They say come here for HELP. But as noted, and as so many have experienced, BUNGIE rarely, IF EVER, actually shows up here unless it's something legit, SERIOUS, MAJOR ISSUE. I know all the Mods here, are here to help, answer questions etc...BUT, they don't work for Bungie. They cannot help, for example w Bungies web site that is F'ing up and I can't EDIT and SAVE my profile when I try to change 3 FREAKING NUMBERS! Contact Form? HA!!!! Sure, if you're in KOREA and need help...or maybe if you didn't get an Eververse Item, or some other paid for content, or didn't get a freakin' emblem! Get screwed out of a reward or item you're working for...sometimes, hard for and many hours? OH WELL! Example...For MONTHS, for some reason, I cannot update my profile, no matter what I do. I want to update my profile, and how many beta tests I've been in. Basically EDITING 3 numbers! CLICK, SAVE - SETTINGS SAVED Go to leave the page, "WARNING: SETTINGS MAY NOT BE SAVED". Leave the page. Go back to my profile, and NOTHING WAS SAVED! PROFILE REVERTED BACK TO WHAT IT WAS EDIT IT AGAIN.....CLICK SAVE....."SETTINGS SAVED".........GO TO LEAVE THE PAGE... SETTINGS MAY NOT BE SAVED"...........WTF!!!!!!! Go to Bungie's HELP SECTION........ZERO way to contact them. Tweet Bungle and Bungie Help explaining the problem, and NO RESPONSE....Wait a day, QT'd the problem I've having, lettting them know still need help, and still NO RESPONSE.
