I’m having the same issue on PS5, regularly getting booted to the title screen with error code Weasel.
I’ve tried rebooting the console and even changing network connection but still having a lot of difficulties getting connected to activities or being booted mid activity.

I have given up trying to play the game for the night because I can’t do anything without it crashing and presenting error code Weasel. It doesn’t even save changes I make to my guardian (changing armor, weapons or cosmetics). I have tried multiple connections (wired and 2 different wireless), restarting the game and console several times, I even tried clearing the PS5 cache in an attempt to get it to work but still no luck. Other games I play work without a problem and I was present in PlayStation party chat throughout despite being removed from the game. This is clearly an issue with my account and has been an ongoing for over 24 hours and didn’t affect any of the other 17 members of my clan playing the game after the issues were reported on your Twitter as resolved. I am very disappointed and feel -blam!- because my fireteam patiently waited and hoped for the issues to fix but in the end I had to leave because I couldn’t stay in the game long enough to complete any raid encounters.
