I have no idea what the PvP team thinks it's doing with Control re: quitter penalties
You all
- force us into SBMM so anyone over a 1.3 k/d is forced into lobbies that are unforgiving, laggy, unfun, and full of hostile players who are also unhappy they're forced into ultra meta world championships
- force us into the most unpopular, large, boring maps that don't encourage engagement and instead take more time to traverse from spawn, to the hot zones, only to die from someone far outside of your range who was posted up waiting for you
- force us into staying in these unfun matches on unfun maps by banning us if we quit
I'm not sure anyone working on PvP right now understands the fundamental pain points we are having, my benefit of the doubt is gone
Bungie i'm sorry i have a 1.8 k/d and i'm apparently the problem in pvp for everybody but congrats, problem solved: i quit pvp, this sucks. i hope that was the solution y'all wanted! can't suspend me if i don't play.

The PvP aspect of the game is free of charge, you think it’s a priority to them how bad it is? This the same hamster wheel bullcrap they use to keep us hyped •bungie fixes something “bad” but it is hated by all •fix it again later and hype it up in the TWAB •you mouthbreathers froth at the mouth in holy worship towards bungie once they fix it •later you get bored, find something to complain about •bungie fixes something “bad”…

Thoughts about what you said: - bungie doesnt force us to play the game like sweats, use the meta, be afraid to engage without abilities/teammates, etc., we do it to ourselves. And that's cause to many fun means winning. If they not winning, it's not fun. Since playing like that increases the chances of winning, people do to increase their 'fun'. - i agree. some of these maps take too long to engage. and then once you get to distance you can engage, people still dont unless it's with a super and/or teammates. But that has to do with point 1 - fun is subjective, but refer back to point 1. think that's what's going on in this case While there are things the pvp team can work on to improve crucible, they cant work on the 1 thing that would improve it instantly: the way we play it. Refer back to point one 1. Sucks you quit, but hopefully you find something in game and/or another game that you have fun with.
