Bound presence shouldn’t be tied to the quest
Why make something that’s part of a quest rng based? I have now done over 5 tier 3 containments and haven’t had one drop, all to progress a tiny weekly mission….

Your first one a week is literally guaranteed so unless you got it did the sever and then do the quest you’ll automatically have one for the sever mission

Check your post master, pretty sure the first containment of the week (or after getting the quest) will drop 1 Bound Presence. After that its pretty low drop rates and play the activity until your fingers bleed.
