Seriously. How bad S17 is being received & Bungie puts out a TWAB that is pretty much an advertisement for the new season & a list of know issues and planned fixes that address none of the large concerns of the player base. Lol

271 RisposteBungie has to stop hiring activists and hire people that know how to make great content.

10 RisposteModificato da Guardian5561: 5/27/2022 11:48:34 PMCut bungie some slack dude, they're working as hard as possible to bring us the best game possible. They were still pumping out the updates during covid, in a studio of only 3-4 people. Destiny is the biggest franchise of the last 10 years, I think bungie know what they're doing. I'm more than happy to spend my hard earned money on this game, I put my full trust into bungie to deliver! I love spending my disposable income on eververse, the ornaments are freaking awesome! Makes me feel better about myself when my guardian is the best looking in the tower! So far I am really enjoying this season, everything is fresh and is keeping me engaged for hours on end. I was late for work on Wednesday, because I stayed up until 3am playing the new public event! 🤭😂

I think that the season isn't bad at all from what I've seen so far, there has been worse in the past. Solar 3.0 feels strong on all 3 chars tbh, good changes there, just takes some getting used to. A lot of players don't like the idea of building a subclass to fit their needs, and I understand that some just want the "plug and play" situation we had before the changes. On the whole investing 30mins to optimise your char to your playstyle and necessities should not feel like a chore to anyone.

1 RispondiWhy is season 17 being recieved so bad? I'm not disagreeing that it is, I see COUNTLESS posts about how much people hate it. So please fill me in your opinions on the season guys.

3 RisposteDungeon made it better, but 80% of the players won’t complete it. Crucible needs rework and new maps Strikes still need more variety

46 Rispostei find it funny bungie answers more concerns on twitter than theyr own forums...

4 RisposteModificato da BOSSNONO254: 5/27/2022 8:36:07 PMHonesty the creation team needs to get one thing straight that a lot of other games do right. As much feedback the public gives to Bungie they should know what majority of players want, even those players who are seen as outliers with subjects that are less talked about such as certain game modes or even armor pieces. There are games that take ideas from players to use in game and yes they do credit those players and even offer them a reward of recognition for their idea. Bungie overall is a looter shooter, and the main thing of the game is to, well, get loot! So arguably Bungie should utilize what players talk about more frequently and listen, because when it comes to other games such as Anthem in terms of their bad a$$ shader system, Halo reach with their additional attachments to armor pieces, or games such as Outriders which allows for specific loot items to choose from at the end of activities. It’s just saddening to see Bungie not use actions like these other games because it would allow for more players to engage within the game, to want to play more activities, to feel like they’re heard and have a game where they can make their character look as bad a$$ as possible. Bungie so far was on a pretty streak with Witch Queen and the few seasons that came before it, but now it seems like they are back tracking and going into a wrong direction in terms of activities, game modes, rewards, and more. So in other words Bungie needs to get the ball rolling for shader pallets, more innovative and ambitious story lines/activities, player based made cosmetics and accessories that you can use or buy in game such as weapons, armor, or emblems; and just listen to all the feedback and do something about it instead of waiting months to fix a problem that has already died out because they took to long to address it. I am very imaginative and creative myself, so if I had the kind of equipment and man/woman power Bungie has, then I’d probably make a better looter shooter that they can only dream of creating!

19 RisposteModificato da Demon_XXVII: 5/27/2022 4:53:23 AMI’ve not read the entire TWAB but I’ll give them credit for •The condolences to the parents, families & those affected by such a terrible heartbreaking tragedy No matter who/where you are - we all can have a minute to think & hope to never experience that absolute despair & loss of those poor parents/families And •information & links to mental health support (if you’re struggling - talk to someone…family, friends, professionals) Issues with a game are pale in comparison

18 RisposteModificato da Mr Jim Lahey: 5/27/2022 4:54:29 PMYou see the political post they share? You see how the they cater to twitter? You notice how they treated women who work for bungie? Had to edit: forgot they’re also racist. OF COURSE THEYRE OUT OF TOUCH https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2021-12-10-report-bungie-has-struggled-with--blam!--crunch-abusive-leaders Here’s the link for those too lazy to do their own research… be better

2 RisposteModificato da Phyromancer: 5/27/2022 5:24:22 PMThey've always been out of touch. Especially the people responsible for D2, so out of touch!😂😂😂 When D2 launched, it was so bad millions left the game. Slow and weak guardians, double primary guns, static rolls, 4x4 crucible, weak guns that shoot potatoes, did I mention slow and weak guardians?... 😂😂😂 They were so out of touch they have to revert all these over the years until Forsaken DLC. They have to undo everything!😂😂😂 But it's too late, because millions already left the game and are never coming back!😂😂😂 Out of touch! 😂😂😂

As much as I agree, pretty sure the last time they took something from here as "legitimakaze", it reeeeeeeeally back fired. My memory is awful, but it seems ever since that whole debacle took place, they correctly took to the shadows. Rarely seen any interaction since then. Been over a year it seems like. Place is still holdn' on tho. To be fair, Bungie always left it in the hands of the community. Regardless of what many think. Bah, I'm not goin' down this rabbit hole... Just know there are very good reasons interaction is limited.

Because twab are written in advance .....
-
Destiny 2 it’s what bungie wants for the game not what the community wants for destiny 2 so that means garbage cr ap unbalanced unfair no fun no enjoy
-
These people don't care about their game fans, it's money. Lock content you pay for behind more money for the content you paid for.
-
The only people who would defend bungie right now are the devs themselves. I do not trust the comment section.

9 Risposte1.36m players on Tuesday, 378k today. 😂 They lost 700k players in 3 days... God knows what the numbers will be by the end of the season. Barely 100k 😂😂
-
If it took todays. You are a decade out of date.

S17 is not being received bad
-
I’m actually liking the new season, I don’t often have large chunks of time to sink so I’m behind on a lot of endgame content, but I’m looking forward to eventually getting into the new dungeon!
-
2 RisposteOn top of everything they are now selling season pass ranks. Seems as content gets worse they are more desperate to monetize.
-
3 RisposteY'all whining over nothing. It's a great season so far.

Modificato da One Shot Ted: 5/27/2022 9:30:24 PM
How bad S17 is being received
That's basically just on the Bnet forums (which Bungie stopped caring about because people only ever come here to complain, rarely in a constructive manner). People on most of the other social media outlets have expressed satisfaction with the season so far.

? Seasons pretty good, not sure what youre on about.
