I’m a solo player who wants to play trials, but trials does everything in its power I feel to discourage players like me. I’m convinced after 3 weekends in a row of playing trials solo that there’s no rhyme or reason & the only way someone like me can do well is to have a team. Can someone please help me? I’m ok at destiny pvp, some good moments, some bad. But literally everyone in trials (except my random teammates) seem way better than me & are usually teamed up. Should I just avoid the mode?

Play when flawless pool is active, that way you match against less sweats.

6 RisposteJust avoid it. People who play trials are absolute sweats with no social lives. It’s only for those kinds of human beings .. if I should even call them that

Im kinda ok and average at PvP and took solo flawless pretty easy, with 2 runs. First one my teammates just jumped off, cuz the enemy had good stack and second try I won 2v3. Idk to go flawless is kinda easy now, especially with that flawless pool. Just try or find a team, no need to avoid it. Bungie trying for people like you to improve the mode.

I play to get my engrams. I’m pretty bad at PvP (look at my stats lol) but you get xp no matter what. I get my engram for the weekend, and bail the fudge out. It’s doable but you prolly won’t enjoy yourself. It’s made for teams-most of destiny is really.

4 RisposteI hear rumble is a good training ground, just keep playing trials and watch yt videos and streams of players to learn things. Make sure you take advantage of your load out, use PvP centred mods.

2 RisposteDefinitely just have to keep playing. I’d suggest either running rumble or elimination a lot and trying to improve there. Then moving to actual the comp survival playlist and work your way through some of the ranks there to give yourself an incentive while also getting better. Around two years ago I was running comp non stop as a solo player for a good amount of time and it upped my game up big time. It definitely made it a lot easier for me to hop into trials

4 RisposteWhat platform do you play on?

3 RisposteModificato da Sweet Lew 88: 9/28/2021 12:12:36 AMGet to max light armor and guns. Have you even looked a guide? If I'm struggling, that's the first thing I do. Do you practice in elimination, trials practice mode? Do you want PvP tips?

1 Rispondi"Practice makes perfect", my friend. Practice may help to find what your "weakness" is. Practice helped me identify that reticle reactions were my pitfall. So, whenever I did my routine PvE activities, I pretended the mobs (as simple-minded as they can be sometimes), were players, and I acted accordingly. Swift and snappy. The skills build over time. If you want to get better at sniping, for example, bring a snappy sniper into your favorite activities and practice quick-scoping in to various targets as well as tracking them while ADS'ing. Maybe you'll find better sensitivity settings through this and achieve significant improvement in your gameplay. Trials, when you are "trained" to perform well in it, can be very rewarding given its competitiveness. On the other hand, it can be one of the most frustrating activities when it seems you are playing with perfectly-coded bots who know how to perfectly manipulate every constraint of the game to push their character and weapons to the limit, leaving you dumbfounded and eliminated. Practice and perseverance, however, will surely turn the latter into the former. Best of luck to you my friend.

7 RisposteYou won’t get better by avoiding, right? Honestly, just keep chipping away at. Don’t be afraid to mix up your strats and weapons either. If you’re not in a team and communicating, then you need to be more observant with what you team mates are doing and try to guess, and work with it.

In 7 years I never touched trials until last weekend. Went 3-0. Then lost. Lost again. Took until Saturday night of playing on and off to get to seven. Took longer this weekend with the control game mode but did it. And for the record I suck at PVP. Just have to watch what others use and mimic play styles. You’ll get there

4 RisposteDon’t avoid it, just team up. Make a post , you’ll have so many players trying to join its insane. Have confidence man, jump in there and take it, nobody is going to give it to you. Stay positive man.
