Interesting, how many of us, D1 lovers are still here? I am buying crap Bungie prodocing, but only reason is because i love kaboom and gunplay.

Alpha and still here.

D1 day1.. there are issues but i like D2 a lot more now.. hopped on D1 a few time and jesus how could i play like that?! no fast travel, going to orbit every time, no class abilities... only thing i miss are the armor designs, those were -blam!- af..
-
Still here.....muddling through the S**T PvP and RNG but still enjoying the story as it unfolds! No balance on one end but still challenging on the PvE side of things. Still not ONE Scathelock, and 3 rubbish Sorrows Verse and one abysmal Chrysura Melo....oh well. Grinding....

D1 vet. I had two accounts but this one is the one I chose to keep going on since it was newer! A lot of stuff I miss but overall I like D2 better. That being said TTK is my favorite expansion.
-
Present. There are still many parts of D1 that find to be flat out better than D2. The Crucible, for one. Maps are better, gun play is better, better graphics (console), better grenades, better hand cannons, ammo economy is good, and even spawn points are better.

Modificato da Twin Inferno: 9/3/2021 5:38:08 AMI played D1 a lot even though I saw it as a simple game and not something that would be far beyond my understanding at the time. PS3 I played before Rise of iron, stuff happens in my life and years later I’m on a ps4 and want to continue where I left off on D1 but decided to start from scratch but what I didn’t know was that destiny 2 was a thing and I didn’t know about it until the Forsaken trailer came out and I pre-ordered it, got caught up with red war and other the other expansions and activities and my destiny 2 journey started from there. So a destiny 1 vet? No, but a Destiny 1 blueberry. So does that make me a D2 vet..?

I'm not day one but joined before dark below. But didn't become super invested until taken king and I bought the legendary edition which let me play the other 2 expansions. Didn't get it until Christmas. I played roi week 1. Lots of fun. Campaign blind. Destiny 2 week 1. Amazon had a shipping issue but I remember running on asphalt in 94 degree weather bear foot to get to the mailbox when it showed up. I actually played a good amount in d2y1. I didn't get CoO until Christmas but I bought warmind day 1 and did the campaign blind, it's so much better when discovering stuff on your own. Did forsaken blind. But I had a bad cold at the time. Didn't buy the annual pass until the last word came out and you needed the pass to get the gun. Didn't play season of the drifter, it sucked. Fell in love with season of opulence. Didn't buy shadowkeep. Not spending 35 dollars for a location we've already been to. I did play season of dawn, skipped worthy because I didn't have enough time. Season of Arrivals I played alot. The umbral engram glitch got my power level high enough to play the game 😄. First season I maxed out. Day 3 beyond light. Tons of fun but the rest of the game was terrible (it's what happens when you kill off 60 percent of the game into the dcv. And lock the only interesting part that isn't sunset behind a 40 dollar dlc). Didn't care for season of the hunt. But maxed out chosen and splicer.
