Purchased D2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition But Duality not available.
Hello,
I just recently purchased a copy of D2 Beyond Light Deluxe edition as a gift for a relative so they can play with me. This deluxe edition claims to come with a number of seasons, up through season 15. My Uncle seems to not have gotten duality, that I think instantly came with season of the hunt. Its claiming on the season that what is included is "Instantly Unlock Seasonal Armor Sets and New Exotic Shotgun".
Any ideas how to get the gun? I am also aware that they can purchase the gun from the place in the tower.

Modificato da ADragonWithin: 8/19/2021 4:25:11 PMUnfortunately, as that Season is outside of the PreviousSeason webpage usage, the only way to get it will be using the kiosk in the Tower between the two Vault access kiosks. When viewing the Deluxe, you still have to keep in mind how the Season's work along with the Season Passes. Each Season Pass will only instantly unlock that Season's Exotic because the first step of the Premium Season Track is that Season's Exotic and a full Armor set. Once that Season Track is no longer available, that's no longer an instant unlock, so viewing the individual Seasons' information isn't exactly helpful or current information beyond that. Unlocking the Season Pass after the Season is over doesn't give you that access. The Deluxe Season Pass Unlocks do grant access to the full Continuing Seasonal Content in the game, such as the Hunts from Season of the Hunt, the Battlegrounds from Season of the Chose, the special Exotic Questlines from those Seasons, etc. The Season Tracks from each individual season are not continuing content.
