Surrounded Spec linger isn't a bug

According to the description of Surrounded Spec, the linger is a feature not a bug. I assume this is just an oversight or typo, but worth it's pointing out.
edit: did i seriously just take a screenshot of dragonfly spec by mistake?
edit2: fixed wrong image. lets not talk about that.
