MASSIVE increase in game crashes since season 13 launched.
I am on PC, and I have had 5 total game crashes in the last hour - not error codes, game completely freezing and having to alt f4. This has not happened in any other game today and not in destiny since the update.

game crashes every time i try to load into a activity or planet. Freezes loses audio then crashes with no crash report. pls fix bungi i want to play your game.

I cant even play the game or battlegrounds. I just keep crashing whenever I try to load into the activity.

I am having the same issue. But it only seems to crash when i enter the broodhold strike. It makes it really hard to do my weekly strikes when i have to keep restarting the game every time it gives it to me. a couple of times i have been able to back out before it crashes and be fine but other times it will crash the second the strike loads

Same is happening to me even after the alleged hotfix. Has happened twice in the outskirts in the EDZ.

Confirmed. Same symptoms on my PC. Destiny has been rock solid for the last year on my system, but it now crashes frequently after the Season of the Chosen started. At first I thought it was only when trying to start the new Battleground activity, because it crashed at the start of that twice in a row, but then today it let me do my first Battleground. However, it crashed at the beginning of the Broodhold strike just minutes ago while doing my first random strike playlist run. Very disappointed. Hope it gets fixed fast.

Me too in the EDZ and Tangled shore when am on my sparrow hope there fix it soon :(

mine crashes heavy in jetsam of saturn, doesn't even last a minute before crashing, hasn't done this ever

Same, the game appears way less stable than before update. CTD happens when ever screen changes landing on planet, public event starts, jump off sparrow. Also now have a horrible dip in FPS to just before, goes from 60fps to 4......have been on PC since launch and never seen this issue.

If my game takes too long to find match making in an activity the game just completely closes like it was never open. The only remnant is bungie error handler in my task manager. It's happened twice today and my game has never crashed like this

Ive been fnie for lik 9 hours no problem. Then went back to europa to do the last of my bounties and keep crashing at eventide ruins.

The problem I have with this is, if its such a regular occurrence every single new expansion release, it just seems like common sense to acquire more servers to handle that so it keeps happening less until its not prevalent. It would also help if they were professional enough to do their jobs efficiently.

yup, today I've had tons of crashes (freeze then crash to desktop with no error code) in the tangled shore, and even one while matchmaking for crucible.
