It’s called “screen tearing” and you can fix it by going into the settings - video - and pressing “set to default” (square button)

They mention this if for people who also play on pc. I don't play in pc but felt things were bad. I did this reset, it helped a little. Hard to tell with what also feels like a lot of lag. Not sure.
