Gambit is better now ;)
I got to say, Gambit feels like a faster Gambit Prime minus the envoy spawns and multiple damage phases.
I enjoy this easy fun mode, its like Prime but without the Reckoning armors wrecking things.
Short easy gambles, bank those motes race, to see who gets the win the fastest.
I kinda hope to see new modes introduced in the future seeing as for no reason Prime and Reckoning were removed.

It's slightly better. But every game is a steamroll or you get steamrolled. There is no close games anymore.

Im a big fan of the new gambit, I feel like I’m much more inclined to actually want to play when matches aren’t dragged on forever. Someone described the new gambit as “gambit lite” and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more perfect description.

4 RisposteI hate it now. I used to win more than lose. Used to try-hard and felt rewarded for it. Used to be more or less 4 solos vs 4 solos {if you played solo). Now, I always get matched against clan 4-stacks. Almost always loosing matches too. Used to be my favorite mode, not so much anymore. Actually, the whole game feel worse than before since Beyond Light.

Just wish enemies didn't hit soo hard and the yellow bar ads (not blockers) weren't as tanky at the same time one of the 2 needs adjusted

It sucks. I hate gambit prime more though. I like what last seasons gambit was. I could complete bounties while trying, while having fun.

1 RispondiI like the new version better too but am still sad because there is a lot of lost potential. Their idea with the roles was good but not the way it was executed. Getting the armor for your roles, especially if you just want to try out something, was too much of a hassle for many people. Also, the roles should have been better introduced and explained. An offline introduction quest that shows you the key points and the roles would have helped. I would still like to see a more tactical version of Gambit but it should be easier to access. At the start of the Game, you pick your role and then the matchmaking starts and you get some perks according to your role without you need anything special. No one wants to see four Gurdians in red struggling for the Invader slot lol.
