Adept weapons in lighthouse rewards 1st is just wrong
Read the TWAB and saw that adept weapons are coming as a reward for lighthouse visits, with strikes getting a way to earn them coming a season later.
This feels like a terrible put down to a significant portion of the player base. You're providing the 1st chance to get these to not only a small portion of the player base, but to a group that is know to have a high percentage of cheaters and paid carries.
Ar the very least you should of waited to launch adept weapons when both options to obtain them were available, instead of trying to push people into a game mode that a majority feel is broken, toxic or just not worth their time.
Quick edit: just to be clear I personally do not think that players just deserve the new weapon types. I'm all for them needing to be earned, preferably through options that can take into account skill or sheer perseverance. Its the making this type only available in Trials that is concerning, especially given its current issues and the fact these issues are contributing to a large portion of the population avoiding the mode totally.

3 RisposteAdept weapons were just a nice bonus for those who could get them. The original weapons are still very good. Adept weapons are meant for those players who care a lot about a slight bonus, they’re not for people who can’t go flawless but can get the base variant

It's about players getting rewarded for the hardest activities, and incentives to do so. Nobody is "put down" because someone has snapshot sights on their trials gun and you don't, it's literally an optional reward that hurts you none if you don't get it.

1 RispondiDid they say the adept weapons in strikes are the same ones as trials? I thought they'd be different ones. Also the adept weapons for going flawless is to incentivize people to go flawless instead of early card farming.

2 RisposteBungie removed pinnacles as ppl complained they were all anyone used and were just amazing weapons for already good players. Thus giving them MORE of an advantage. Now they bring back Adept and but them in a mode NO ONE PLAYS as another attempt to push casuals into Trials. So in essence all they did was move pinnacles from a spot were everyone could achieve them, renamed them and moved so that only a small few could get them. Screw Trials.

3 RisposteI mean trials had it originally so why shouldn’t they get them back first? People have been asking for them back. Assuming we improve the heating situation it could be a great system and incentive for going flawless

Can’t have anything be exclusive. Everything must be obtainable for everyone.

4 RisposteI honestly think it's unfair that you can get them in strikes at all. You can't get raid weapons by playing PVP. I don't see why you should be able to get PVP weapons by playing PVE.

OK if I'm understanding ur idea right they are not the snake rewards only the same concept. So the trials will have adept versions of the regular weapons, now what makes them adept idk, think of it like how Kings fall had the different weapons for the prestige version. Strikes will be getting a weapon pool like nightfall have is what it sounds like and you can get a adept version of the gun, again what makes it adept idk Hope this helps
