This is my first time playing since taken king , what are some things I missed and what should I start grinding on ? Any new raids and activities to do? I’m on Xbox if anybody is interested in playing.

Buy game pass in September and get the last 2 dlcs free them wait till November for the new one.
-
Turn off your console, move away, change your name, start a new life. I hope this has been helpful.
-
Play Reckoning Tier 3 like there is no tomorrow to obtain completely irrelevant gnawing hunger. Because you know, why not play just for fun. Then sunset yourself forever from destiny.
-
Install D1 and play rise of iron instead.
-
I would start by running all the campaigns/story missions, ideally in order. A lot of that content is being 'sunset' to make room for new stuff in november, so play through the story missions before they are gone!

Modificato da Saxifraga: 7/24/2020 9:55:45 PMThe Leviathan Raid and Vex Raid Lair are good fun! Try to get Sleeper Simulant and Whisper. Do the Escalation Protokoll on Mars. Avoid the stupid "Lost Sectors" as much as possible. I like Gambit, but now most people hate it. Be aware that Calus will suck you dry of Silver Dust if you try to get a string of curses aka DAMN .. I forgot the name .. getting old.
Bad Juju
Don't mate , just don't made mistake we all did.

Modificato da aequus: 7/24/2020 2:59:01 AMJust grind to get to soft power level, then do pinnacles to get to the hard cap. Literally just play, along the way check out some raids if you're up to it. Most of them are going away at the end of the season. Do the exotic quests to get good weapons like thorn. Not much has changed outside of what you're use to the game at its core still works the same for the most part. Just have fun and get to max light so you're ready for beyond light. Most weapons are getting sunset anway so you don't have to worry much about that. I guess if I were new I'd worry about doing my exotic weapon quests, leveling, and trying to understand how the new gear system works and seasonal mods. Everything else will just come naturally.

Modificato da TimeSplitter510: 7/24/2020 2:00:52 AMWelcome and Enjoy. Do whatever strikes your fancy for now and look forward to a new beginning in November with Beyond Light.
-
I’d run the campaigns before they’re gone. Once beyond light drops they won’t be around

Modificato da Birth: 7/23/2020 1:23:29 PMFirst, uninstall the game 😂

You a pvp or pve player. If pvp, play some rumble to get used to new sandbox. Then comp will help you level up. Get to 2100 you get a recluse. Yes it’s getting sunset but will help you immensely until 11/10/20. Find your play style and farm some weapons. Pve, level is season pass to unlock witherhoard and falling guatine(spelling). Awesome pve weapons. Light level grind and find activities you like. There are 3 dungeons all amazing content to play with a team and perhaps solo if that is your thing. Almost all raids are farmable so if you like a raid set you can lfg teams. If you have forsaken you can get thorn, ace and last word quest. Destiny has a lot of content when you are a returning player. It’s really just what find what you like then go for it.
-
First off, don’t listen to toxic spam in the comments. Second, just take it slow and let the game teach you. Third, this is a great time to start again, as many reward limits have been removed, so you can farm what you are missing. Good luck guardian.

Modificato da TheArtist: 7/23/2020 7:07:36 PMJust play and have fun. Bungie is going to start infusion capping gear when Beyond Light drops, so there is no point to grinding old gear unless it’s in the raids. The only gear that I’d worry about getting now are exotics (they aren’t being infusion capped), and especially they raid exotics if you can. There is a chance that several powerful raid exotics will be unobtainable for a while come November.

4 RisposteI'm coming back after 2 years, and I'm completely lost.
