Pretty sure these exotics have mostly been removed due to PvE... Winters Guile and Wormgod. Felwinters, Telesto and Raijus were due to both PvE and PvP
If there is an issue like extreme damage buffs in PvE, they will definately be removed *ahem* the first two mentioned
Edit: Peregrine Grieves, Sealed Ahamkaras Grasps, and Jotunn were also removed for a short time because of PvE

They disabled those for Worlds First race but allowed them to be used after 24 hrs.

Still disabled for a PvE activity due to being broken in PvE

You could punch raid bosses to death in near seconds lol. I’d say it was pretty busted
