And who would you cast as the main characters?
Personally I would love to see a good adaptation of Percy Jackson. Not that Logan Lerman drivel.
Percy: Tom Holland.
I can’t think of anyone else to cast.
I’d also like to see a movie series adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events. The Netflix series is truly horrible. It’s nothing like the books. It’s not nearly as clever. It makes the Jim Carrey one look like a masterpiece.

The book that accounts for Carlos Hathcock's experiences in Vietnam.

3 RisposteI like the Rangers Apprentice or Brotherband books. There’s also Gregor the Overlander which is a lesser known series by Suzanne Collins(Writer of the Hunger Games).

Six of Crows would be pretty neat.

1 RispondiI think Mistborn would make a good TV series. But I would like to see a GOOD movie off of the Hobbit.

Any of the Percy Jackson or The Olympians books deserve another shot. Oh and the Pokémon Adventure Manga too!
-
3 RisposteHyperion by Dan Simmons should be a show on HBO or some streaming service. If faithfully done it would be like no other show really. It’s a type of science fiction that is rarely seen outside video games.

Wheel of Time series.

Calvin and Hobbes.

6 RisposteThe first Thrawn trilogy of books.

Fahrenheit 451, the Hulu movie shit sucked... And the old movie is extremely dated
-
10 RisposteAbsolutely none. Movies ruin books, look at World War Z. That book was amazing and the movie took nothing but the name. Harry Potter is another example, the movies change entire scenes.

Youtube. Books ded. lol

Pandora's Star. Peter F Hamilton

1 RispondiThe Darth Plagueis novel. If only Disney would make it canon though.
-
1 RispondiWell, historical fiction, but the Illiad, Odyssey, and the Aeneid. We've had no good movies of any of them.
-
Percy Jackson does need a good movie series. I know Grover looks completely different in the books but I want to see the person who played Alec Hardison from a show called Leverage be Grover. On another note I wouldn't mind seeing a movie adaptation of the Star Wars Legacy of the Force series. No idea who would play the main characters though.
-
The First Law Trilogy would be great. Not a lot of magic so the CGI budget wouldn't be too costly. More grim than Game of Thrones. Better characters and development. Benedict Cumberbatch as Sand Dan Glokta would be amazing. No names for the rest of the cast. Can't even think of someone who I feel like would portray a good Logen Ninefingers.

1 RispondiI'd love to see a Redwall miniseries.

3 RisposteThe C. S. Lewis space trilogy. Now that would be interesting. Those books are pretty “unique” in how he does si-fi.

Sylo by DJ Machale. No idea who I'd cast but that was a dope series
