This is my bungee account that I play on. I have a steam and ps4 account that I use on this bungee account. There is also an extra Xbox account that I can’t unlink. I don’t know what this Xbox account is.

If you did not add this Xbox account means that some one has access to either your PSN and/or Steam accounts.

I don’t even have an Xbox, or any Xbox accounts. All I need to do is take it off of my account.

Do you ([i]or anyone on your computer/in your home[/i]) ever play games from the MS Store that may be tied to an XBL account? Having said that, if it is not yours at all, you are at somewhat of an impasse. You also should immediately start taking security precautions against [b][u]ALL[/u][/b] of your accounts, since someone would have required access to one of them in order to attach the account to your Bungie profile in the first place. [b]IMPASSE [/b]: since you don't own the account and therefore can't negotiate with MS/XBL in regards to it's control -AND- since you must authenticate an account in order to add or remove it, it can not be removed. All authorization takes place with the platform services and not Bungie, therefore Bungie cannot unlink it at will - they would also need proof of credentials with the XBL service to invoke a removal. This is why I asked if it was possibly just an account you previously owned, but was blocked access to by MS - at least then you could have started negotiations with MS/XBL about it. [b]SECURITY [/b]: since the perp would have needed to be able to log in to your Bungie profile using one of the linked platform accounts, in order to add the rogue XBL account, your accounts are all at risk. You need to change passwords and invoke 2FA/MFA on everything linked to Steam and Playstation - PLUS - any/all email accounts linked to Bungie.net, Playstation, and Steam! It's not only possible they have one of your account credentials, but alternately they may have access to any of the linked email accounts - then they just have to monitor those accounts for credentials when you setup accounts or request passwords due to forgetting. That's why I stress to change credentials and security measures on everything. [b]OPTION[/b] : [u]Your only real option[/u], unless you want to risk this profile further, or unless you can figure out where the XBL account came from, [u]is to make a new Bungie profile and move your legit accounts to it[/u] - thereby abandoning this one. Yes, you may lose some account-specific emblems, but they are just cosmetics, and if you do not make the required fixes, you could end up losing a lot more if the perp decides to be destructive. As a sideline note, the XBL account had to have been added AFTER you started CrossSave, since that account would have also had to be authorized as part of the process if it was there prior to setting it up. That may give you an estimated timeline to investigate from, if you really wanted to. ([i]i.e. did you give access or game share your game with any other people in that time period?
