Shout out to you dope ass players that help normal players
This guy “Abrupt Vision” who was a super chill dude, but a pve monster helped me through a lot of stuff I hadn’t been able to do, just to help. He stuck with it for a long time patiently hanging on until I got it all done. Really appreciate people like that. There are good people in this game and they make the experience what it should be. Supportive and fun. So shot out to you, you know who you are, the good ones, the true the glue of the community. Appreciate you all !!

3 RisposteBungie needs to be highlighting these kinds of moments. What if there was a "guardian of the week" sort of thing where you could nominate people who exemplify the values of the vanguard. They could get an exclusive emblem and/or shader and a shout out in the twab.

While I still feel this game's community is majorly toxic, I know there are good players who enjoy helping. Need to find me some on PC. Not PvP as I don't really enjoy any PvP in any game... But I'm not great at it, either. No, I'd like some who could help me through the Dungeons & raids. Have yet to do any of them. Granted, main reason is because they don't interest me like the raids in D1. Not sure what it is but they don't look as fun. But if I knew regulars who ran them and could be a bit patient with me, I would do them. For funsies.

I found some pretty good people to help me get through some sections of Raids I'd never done. It breathed some life in this game when I was getting burned out. I'm done for the season now, but getting Anarchy was definitely something I wanted to do.

I’m definitely going to need one of these players. Edit: never mind. The designers had to make it “challenging” by putting another symbol puzzle in the game. I’m good. I hate Rubix cubes (and no, the online codes don’t work anymore). Edit 2: Randomly shooting symbols works. Screw you, designers. I WIN! Three more to g--- ... god dammit.

10 RisposteTends to be one of those moments, when I'm so dug in deep doing bounties. Running straight for that Lost Sector to get my void kills in, that for second, I stop to look around..checking to see who's in the zone. Maybe it's a public event and it's this solo person all alone, giving it their best attempt. You see that death circle, they get back up and try again. You notice the gear and remember being there, being that guardian, "I'm not to sure about this game. No one seems to care to even play these things. How am I suppose to do this?" That's when I jump in, even the odds. I won't allow myself to blow it hell and back but be that guardian who helps them, ensuring they feel they are a part of the victory, the ability to get it done. Take the time, especially us Vets who tend to just zoooom!!! by, stop and look, see what's going on in the area you're in...Lend a hand, cause that person might just give up because you blew by...never to play again. Giving up has to be one of worse situations for anyone when it comes to a game. That person may assume the community that plays, is who represents the possibilities in the game..I can say without a doubt, us Vets are not doing a good job in this area. Eyes up Guardian!

I wish bungie gave an incentive/reward to people like I that have wasted days on end to help others to get nothing in return. I think it would make others do the same.

I would love to see more appreciation from Bungie side for helping other players. Maybe some in game rep and/or tokens to get nice rewards for helping other guardians. Maybe more guided game options also for Crucible for example.

There's nothin' like helpin' out players who have no idea what they're getting into with this franchise get on their way! I make sure to warn them of all the essentials while I'm walkin' them through whatever they're doin'! Y'know, like how the game may be wide but it's as deep as a puddle. The nerfs and the forums and the reddits. The Eververse and the terrible seasonal drop structure. And my personal favorite is how flawed the games are down to their foundation and core design philosophies because of all the genres it wants to claim, only to execute them all terribly, which resulted in a broken community that constantly rips itself apart! Everything one should know about the overall poor quality of the entire franchise, referencing Bungo's vast collection of blunders as solid examples! Truly nothin' more refreshing! I do hope some of them heeded my warnings and subsequently scrubbed all traces of this game off their PCs! Well, hopefully only the ones with actual standards at the very least! Anyway, if anyone here needs help with anything (especially if you're new), lemme know!

Honestly all I do is help new people through PvE content. In these drought seasons helping newbies through the tough content keeps the game replay ability fresh. Gives a good reason to keep playing.
