Do you have any rasputin keys fragments or an encrypted cache key in your consumables inventory?

I now have 2 key fragments that I just picked up trying to get other pic level one and two boxes I can get it was saying level 5 I can’t get

Ok. I believe you may need to get 7 fragments then exchange them at Ana for an encrypted key. But definitely get the pic of message when trying to open chest.
