I have the blue rarity solstice hood equipped and for some reason my kinetic kills aren't registering anymore so I can't finish the quest. They got to 83 and just stopped. I have tried multiple kinetic weapons and I am definitely in the right playlist. The only other thing I can think of is that the last three strikes have all been mercury. Trying to get one somewhere else to test.
