Can't require my legend of acrius from collections
I got the shotgun when it was still a power weapon and now I can't find it in my collections.

I was on the seals part of the quest for it. I had already gotten it on my titan. I thought it was glitched so I abandoned it and was just going to restart but I don't really want to do it

Most likely you still had the single shot quest weapon. You can reobtain it from benedict under the tower. Once you fully upgrade it via the questline, you will be able to pull from collections.
