Anyone just tired of playing this game
Just burned out honestly and some things still aren't properly fixed. Just really tired and done with the game.

No new strikes no new pvp maps no new destination everything is just the same. Just a mediocre newish game mode and reckoning liked by a niche community.

Not gonna lie enhancement core crap -blam!-s everything up in gambit prime and reckoning i gotta use a side arm an some shitty ass fusion rifle as a heavy. When my load outs are trash ik for sure ima be taking Ls in prime an reckoning.

Very interesting question... My main and in the not so distant past - the only character is titan. Since I play in "wrong" time I can't find anyone to go into raid, thus my activity was tied to something doable solo. Thus - Gambit and Forges. However, recent update in heavy economy, and in Gambit itself, made both less pleasant. True, most recent patch fixed some of the issues in Gambit (losing motes for no reason, but hey, statistic is already rooeened:D)), but not all of them. So you can say I met something similar to you. However, recently (basically when Season of Drifter started and I realised I don't get enough fun from Gambit/Forges) I decided to start new characters. And oh boy, I'm having a blast! I still have a lot of things to do in Osiris/Warmind (less, if some quests are account-wide, as Mercury weapon seems to be), so then Forsaken, DC, and gathering second and third seed of lights for both, and then forges. So, plenty of time to enjoy the game. While sooner or later they both will find same ceiling my titan had, IF (and it is very big "if") Bungie won't fix current "stale of events" (misprint in "state" is on purpose), I always can remove one of characters and start anew. Because even doing same things third time is still more interesting, than running Gambit/Forges in new economy. Or maybe I'll find some insomniac gamers who would accept me into raids. Or, who knows, sounds totally crazy, I'll dive in PvP*. tl;dr Do I see a problems in this game? Yep, a lot. Nothing that could not be fixed, though, should Bungie actually have desire to make Destiny fun again. Because we already have enough stale games. And not having fun in entertainment is double offence!

1 RispondiI still enjoy the game. For me, I play it as a shooter first, then any gear I get is a reward. I have never really chased god rolls. The people I knew that did were really frustrated with the game. Right now the only weapon I need is the Osprey to complete the Triumph. So I will be grinding that nightfall. I have to admit I did grind Halo: Reach to get to Inheritor rank. After getting that done, Destiny just doesn't feel so grindy to me. That said, I totally understand why people get bored with the game.

Just what exactly is the point of the new game modes? Everything drops underlight i have seen three maybe for pieces of new gear minus cosmetics and still running the same ol grind for light...oh and no way to get any exotic done without a fireteam or solo facesmashing...i havent given up but today i feel this

I still enjoy this game. I take breaks from it occasionally. It’s the only game that I’ve played that has a PvP mode as well as PvE. I just got back into playing a bit of Gambit as well and I’m finding it to be enjoyable. I don’t really play to acquire everything as I almost always play solo. It’s only a grind if I choose it to be. My time is limited as to when I can play so I just log on and play whatever I feel like. To each their own. Good luck out there Guardians !

No not really, I'm actually really enjoying grinding for the Reckoner title. There are no ultra rare cosmetic requirements and grinding the Reckoning is chaotic and fun to play (So long as Prism isn't on).

I’m sick of looking up at the tower and watching as the traveler “puts itself back together”. The bastards been awake for a year and a half and it’s just spinning white rocks around like a merry go round, being completely irrelevant to the plot. Conjure up a freaking roll of duct tape and do something! I’m sick of waiting.

Do what I did and take a two month break. Once you’re out of the cycle you actually see the game in a totally different light...not a particularly good one but different none the less. This is my first week back playing and frankly I don’t feel I’ve missed out on much.

The thing that makes me not want to play is shotgun range luna and nf and wardclif. I miss d1 pvp idc what these people say. I miss when you could see when someone was lagging instead of shooting the with no damage numbers yet they just one shot

Modificato da ryebar: 3/21/2019 4:49:26 AMYup. Millions of players are. Play Div 2 or Anthem. Limit your Destiny play time to a few days a month. I’m hardly playing only 670 and could care less about Season of the Dumpster. As a result I enjoy the game when I actually do decide to shoot some stuff.

Edit: just played maybe 30 minutes and quit the game. I used to play this game exclusively and just put up with the faults. But now there’s other games who are doing this so much better I can’t handle these simple problems anymore.

Why are people still getting rekt on Shuro Chi?! I’m tired of this game. Morgeth isn’t dropping the sparrow for me. Doing morgeth this week 3x and that’s it. I’m done. BAD rng has ruined this game for me.

Honestly I do get bored at times, but playing with friends makes it a bit better. We find new things in the game and we make a lot of good memories. Aside from D2 a little bit ago I went out and picked up and old ps4 again, then went to gamestop and got a copy of D1. I hadn't realized how much I missed the game, having all those good memories on the old raids and such. I may be totally out there saying this but there's a big difference to me in how the games feel, I wish D2 was more like D1. I don't mean the difference in mechanics and the graphics but I miss the way D1 felt when I played. Maybe I'm just confusing people by saying this, sorry if I am, I just miss those old raids.

This is how every game works. This especially applies to looter shooters. Destiny, Warframe, Anthem..... all have a huge tendency to burn out players. Call of Duty and Assassin’s Creed are the same deal. It’s just how games work.
