This system is trash. You're not grinding for anything aside from frustration. I keep having people leave or just wander around. No one uses party chat. It's garbage

16 RisposteMost of the responses in this thread show what's wrong with the community. Most of you aren't friendly and are full of yourselves. I never said I was good, but some people just aren't good at pvp. That's not a reason to bar them from content. Make it available through another means. This would also keep those people from aggravating these people who think they are the greatest from having "bad" teammates. If you think you're so good. Help the others get better, don't be a cancer on the community.

6 RisposteThese are the type of players that will bring your team down and make you lose. Sorry bubba, its not your teammates, its you. Practice more. https://destinytracker.com/d2/profile/psn/trAit0rToLight

Modificato da LuckyPants: 12/4/2018 10:42:46 AMPc or console? I see you are on ps4, start learn the basic man map awareness, controlling choke points etc. I'm avr at best but on my ps4 I went with my brother up to 1500 glory in two eavnings but on pc last season I ended up having 800 points solo, it's sweaty AF. You can do it!

Honestly playing comp is hard alone. Maybe getting some friends or lfg. I would recommend watching some videos on the meta too. Keep up on the meta and use it for better wins. It’s hard I know but you got this
-
1 RispondiThe game is designed to waste your time. All ever evolving mmo style games are. Its up to you to decide how much time you let it waste.

5 RisposteModificato da Jonny_ Reggae: 12/1/2018 10:29:48 PMOnly thing that pisses me off is why it puts Full teams against randoms more people would stick in PvP if they had comp and team comp if your 3 or more partied up you go in team there's loads of solo players who enjoy comp but full teams stomping ruin it
-
They have to remove glory deduction on loses because it is anti-fun when you lose something you rightfully earned.
-
4 RisposteComp isn't made for solo play... Make a team. Fixed.
-
1 RispondiGet a team, it’s not that bad in there. Ive played comp a few times now for season 5 and already nearly 3000.
-
8 RisposteMan I gotta be honest... In the low levels of comp, it's easy. I just went from 0 to 668 solo winning ten straight. You must have the aim of Michael j Fox.
-
One game sixty points
-
Summary: Silly solo doesn't understand the concepts of competitive and multiplayer.
-
3 RisposteI feel like it's almost impossible to win more than 50% solo no matter how good you are. One person in a 4v4 game just doesn't make that much of a difference.
-
You’re straight trash if you can’t win a game at 0 glory
-
You need a team. Look at my match history. I can't believe half these people I've been paired with are actually playing comp. I'm not the best, I'm not the worst. But I can only carry so damn much lol

2 RisposteLooking at your stats, maybe try running on a whole new class. Titans are the least aggressive if you're tryna push, Void Locks have Nova Warp and Chaos Reach, both good Super shutdowns. Hunters have Blade Barrage and the newly buffed Spectrals. But, if you want to keep running Comp on your titan, you could run One Eyed Mask which really helps with aggressive playstyles along with Hammer of Sol (tree which gives you split hammers on detonation) or Sentinel (whichever you prefer, I like top tree with Ward and health refresh on melee kills). For weapons, maybe try a Rapid-Fire shotty with at least slide shot and rangefinder, rest is up to personal preference. Chaperone requires precision which won't matter if the enemy is constantly dodging your shots (unless you're good with it then do as you please). You can also use a god rolled pulse with kill clip and outlaw (Go Figure for example) Elemental, you could use trust with explosive payload or a rapid-fire frame shotty. Power, I personally use Tractor to shut Supers down but Coil is good I've heard. I'm not the best player but that's how I would normally play, slay out there man!

Modificato da SheBayng: 12/3/2018 10:14:16 AMHow're you 0 points/50 matches? That's just,
"i CaNt BeLiEvE wHaT iM sEeInG rIgHt NoW GuArDiAn"
Find a bud, do an lfg, try different weapons, different class/character, find your sweet spot. Currently comp is a mudpit of the "Bad, Decent, Good, Very Good, and Holy God How're they so good". As the days, weeks, and months go by this season, it'll "balance" itself out and you should be playing against people around your skill level (glory points). Best of luck man. If you're on PS4 then add me, I'm not astonishing but I'm down for some games most of the time.

Maybe you’re the problem?

You don’t need to be in a rush. The first week, everyone is starting from zero. As time goes on, the more skilled players will advance to higher ranks making it easier for everyone else to move up in the lower ranks. You can begin working on the second step of the mountaintop before reaching brave. In the second step, all you need to do is complete the triumph “In pursuit of honor”. When I reached Brave, my second step already had progress made while I played using grenade launchers. You need grenade launcher final blows, double kills, and Calculated Trajectory medals, so you might as well be using Grenade Launchers from the start. Hopefully, you’ll have made significant progress in step two by the time you reach brave. You can check in the triumphs tab at anytime, and if you complete the triumph “In pursuit of honor”, you can put the grenade launchers away and use what you like. If you are going for Lunas, forget about launchers other than your heavy. Try for heavy ammo whenever it’s up. That way, you can progress both quests at the same time. It will be easier to get both quests steps that involve getting hand cannon kills, solar, grenade launcher kills, etc. done in lower ranks. That will free you up to use what works best for the map/mode to win when you need to reach Fabled rank. I’m going for mountaintop, so I’m running triple grenade launchers until I get step 2 done. I’m not too concerned about rank, and won’t worry about it till the 2nd step is complete. Good luck.

1 RispondiYou’re such a liar lmao... you know we can see your game history, right? Hahaha

13 RisposteModificato da Fenrir's Heart: 12/1/2018 9:41:43 AMWorking as intended. Lower players are food for the highly skilled.
-
Lol i played solo and carried most of my teams I’m at 1000 glory now. You may need to work on your own skill.
-
1 RispondiI’m impressed you lost that many. Good job
-
7 RisposteYou’d think after like, 3 matches you would have assessed your strategy of going in alone and started using LFG. Or you could be too lazy to and blame Bungie for your ineptitude and play 47 more games and get nothing from it.
-
6 RisposteProbably less than 5% of the playerbase cares about Comp.
-
9 RisposteI was going to make a different comment, then I saw how you conflated Bungie making weapons specific to comp was ‘hiding them’. Jesus H Christ man all it takes is determination and timing. I personally recommend Iron Banner triple Valour weekends.
