It’s always a blowout then your team is blown out.

Because Saladin's mind is in shambles. His past keeps him up at night, then he's too tired to oversee the iron banner. He needs some of Shaxx's magic morning brew. It'll keep him going/yelling 28 hours a day, 365 days a week.
-
8 RisposteBecause skill based matchmaking is pure garbage.
-
Came for the punchline, left disappointed
-
sbmm doesn't take into consideration lag, which many of the better players take advantage of. for that reason, it is lag that dominates the IB arena because more people play it with shitty internet.
-
IB seems.to break the entire game when it comes out. This has happened to me every single time IB comes out. I get crazy ass lag in patrol. Strikes lag and fail to load checkpoint meaning you can't progress if a door is locked. Crazy later and disconnects in Quickplay. Loading into Gambit takes forever and usually ends up with half my team getting disconnected. I never have any of these problems but the week IB drops, this stuff happens all the time until it's over.
-
3 Risposteand the only weapon worth getting so far is the sniper. I don't think I liked any armor sets or weapons in d2. In d1, you NEEDED to have IB weapons. Felwinters lie, efrideets spear (final round 😱) clever dragon, I forget the rocket launcher. The weapons were soo good then. I can't think of a single d2 ib weapon outside the sniper.
-
1 RispondiBecause the lockout mechanic is really easy to abuse if your team is more coordinated than the other.
-
Because the matchmaking is non existent, I think it just picks random people full stop. More RNG probably. Every match is either you get stomped or they get stomped there’s rarely a middle ground where it’s actually fun. It’s been this way since the first iron banner and I doubt BungIe will ever bother to change it. They’re either blind, don’t play the game outside of their own servers or just don’t care.
-
2 RisposteBecause half the people playing it are PvE morons who think they're good at the game because they've managed to memorize every strike and raid. Then they go up against real people instead of mindless AI that are scripted to let them win and they get that ass beat.
-
Cause you aren’t good enough to be consistent...

Modificato da Trick Nor Treat: 11/17/2018 5:01:29 PMI find most of the blowouts are result of either one team being shorthanded, or one team has 1-3 players whose light level is way low (<400). What has surprised me is that since IB went back to 6v6, I've not been in a single IB match that has gone into overtime, and I've played a lot of IB. In D1, I would participate in multiple matches per event that went into OT.
-
2 RisposteBad teammates, it is not stacked teams. It is people that should not ever play crucible just they to get rewards. .05 kda is horrible. You cant win with people like that in you team.
-
5 RisposteYep, I’d say 90% of games are blowouts either for or against. Constant blowouts. This ‘lockdown’ style of Control doesn’t help. If SBMM is on, why do I end up in matches against teams all running Luna’s/Dustrock/Wardcliff and get stomped?
-
All the armor sets make you look like fat hobo beetleborgs.
-
It could be the matchmaking. I just played a match versus four Koreans, an Englishman, a Spaniard, and a Brazilian, all in the same lobby. Me and one other person were in the United States, and our team was 3/6 or 2/6 most of the match. 🤔
-
2 Rispostebecause Skill Based Matchmaking ruins it. Last time Iron Banner was good was back in D1
-
3 RisposteBecause it's permanently control
-
2 RisposteI have actually managed to miss every single Iron Banner this Season because of my horrible luck of not having proper internet for over a month due to certain events. The Good: I didn’t endure the stress of IB at all this entire Season The Bad: F me I can never get this Season’s IB armor and weapons.
-
Iron banner is shit because level advantages cause too many “how tf did I die and not him?” I average 1.5 kd so during banner I play good people who usually play the game a lot and are 600 while I’m 557 after taking a break
-
1 RispondiP2P. Bad matchmaking. Those be the main reasons.
-
most of my games end up like this: we merc them, or they merc my team very very few games i've had that went on for full duration, most were decided on merciless rule i was the only one in my team with a LL 600, rest were anywhere from 220 to 540 enemies were all above 560 also, all my team was 570+ while enemies had 2-3 low LL, from 190 to 280 This is a huge issue, they should just restrict the acces if you are underleveled imo You will NOT KILL a player 300 LL above you.....
-
It’s always a blowout then your team is blown out.
Because the game doesn’t consider skill at all when matchmaking. Thus, matches are one sided.
-
Modificato da Soul_Eater_42: 11/17/2018 2:47:03 AMNearly every match I've played this week has been a loss, many of them were a blowout, and several had the Mercy Rule activate. It's shit. It seems to get worse every time it returns. If Bungie weren't so cheap and lazy, we could have actual servers, and sbmm. Instead, we get p2p connection, and terrible matchmaking.
-
4 Risposte6v6 sbmm, hmmmm 🤔 cmon bungie
-
Start making shenanigans builds. Titan fun police, sweet business and war rig, or even bring back Y1 Meta. MIDA still works well. Lance is still a pain, and merciless is now in energy!
-
It’s always a blowout then your team is blown out.
It was redesigned by new development team that was hired by Activision. And anything Bungie learned in D1 iron banner was lost in the shuffle.
