I actually can't believe this isn't already mentioned. The Hive actually have a celebratory day where they honor the achievement of Oryx turning his throne world inside out to mark the completion of the Dreadnaught. But that's not the interesting part. The interesting part is that in honor of that day, when it rolls around, the Hive take a day to turn various things, living or not, inside out. Yep, a whole day of turning things inside out. Crota was thrown across the universe by Oryx because he let the Vex into the Ascendant Realm with the guidance of Auntie Savathûn. This let Crota become strong enough to set up his base on the Moon, and kill thousands of Guardians in The Great Disaster. It was because of this Vex invasion that the Vault of Glass and perhaps the Black Garden were created, the Vex saw power. Sav orchestrated the events of D1’s main campaign and The Dark Below. This led to the events of The Taken King, wherein Oryx, namesake of the DLC, came to Saturn in hopes of vengeance against the Light. He arrived to a welcoming party of weakened Awoken (courtesy of Skolas), who all (wink wink nudge nudge) died. Oryx was slain and it can be assumed that his corpse or worm or something fell to Titan, where Savathûn once again strikes. On Titan there are many Hive monstrosities bearing the titles of Savathûns Court. The Hive have a pattern of conquering a moon then using that moon to conquer it’s planet. You may think: Why does Savathûn want to control Saturn, it’s gaseous through and through? Remember what circles Saturn religiously? The Dreadnought, Oryx’s Dreadnought. Savathûn is attempting to sit at the throne of her fallen brother in the events of D2’s main campaign. On Io you can scan multiple objects and have them tell you that the Taken are trying to commune with Savathûn, hinting that she has already [b]Taken[/b] control (eh? eh? i’ll stop). Where else will we see the Taken, and an Ascendant Realm (thank you Hiraks)? The Dreaming City, birthplace of the Awoken, who are the confluence of Light and Darkness. Savathûns army might be trying to bridge the gap between the Taken and the weakened Awoken (courtesy of the anti-traveler preaching, resurrected, corrupted, dark (Darkness dark) Barons and the Scorn who serve them) via the City, and further on bridge the gap between Light and Darkness, allowing for corruption and invasion quickly. My Hypothesis: Savathûn has orchestrated this entire game from behind the curtains, to do what she knows Oryx will fail to do, take the Light, and crush it, and become absolute, the perfect shape, in the eyes of the Sword.

Once Shaxx and Cayde let some kids play outside. They divided the kids into groups and they played games. I think Cayde’s group won but the Shaxx kids let them win. There was something else where Cayde and Shaxx were in a contest of some sort and beat Shaxx by cheating(I want to say it was a running race and Cayde shot Shaxx in the leg to win).
