Dodging is terrible.
Warlocks can instantly start healing themselves and their teammates, titans can provide immediate cover for their whole team. Hunters? They get a little dodge that doesn't allow them to avoid damage and either reloads their weapon or resets their melee. It's kind of useful, but not much more useful than it was in d1 when it didn't have a cool down.

Try using wormhusk crown. It heals you when you dodge as long as you don’t take anymore damage. Also rift is DEFINITELY not instant. The casting animation takes like an hour

The Titans shield goes down quick as hell and Warlocks aren’t really winning a lot of fights with their rift.
