Nascent dawn 3.5
Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help? I'm on quest nascent dawn 3/5 to get EP waves done, 10 of them. Everytime I do it doesn't give me any progression I'm kinda stumped and frustrated any help would be awesome thanks!

As others have said - just complete Wave 1 (i.e. kill the Ogre at the end of that first wave). Do that 10 times. Fail out on level 2 to reset it. This part of the quest is getting easier as more and more guardians are reaching higher LL's. I think that in most cases, even a very unorganized group patrolling a zone can complete Wave 1 now. You just have to do wave 1 but do it 10 times. Keep loading in to Glacial until there's some ok LL players (at least 4) and the start it. You'll prob do wave 1 easy. Fail round 2 (or don't start it) then do round 1 again. Apologies if this is a different step, memory ain't what it was.

Stuck at the same part of the quest mate. It's a pain in the a**e!

if I can m get it done then anyone can... I simply rode my sparrow around mars until I spawned into an instance with a few people who started it, help complete the first level (kill the ogre) then sparrow off rinse and repeat... keep at it, you'll get it eventually.

Modificato da Alcapwn: 6/26/2018 2:10:48 AMThere’s a glitch to with ep’s I think I seen it on yt a few days back, were they kill the boss on wave 7 boss & next reset keeps the ep stack & spawns a wave 7 boss again & drops chest but not everyone is lootable to that chest. “New way” as old way got hot fixed https://youtu.be/7qrP9qbW8L4 AND OF COURSE REQUIRES A GUD TEAM TO GET TO WAVE 7 BOSS. not just something you can wing on with a bunch a randoms, so with that said 🤞👊🏼💪 Good luck

Goes by level not wave. Get at least to level 2 a few times and your good. Question and problem fixed by someone who plays the damn game.

Just join a ep group looking to farm weapons, you’ll get it done quicker while grinding for weapons.

Did you kill the ogre or did you run out of time and get “event complete” on your screen?

Sorry you are struggling to get it done but keep at it. The Polaris lance is definitely worth the grind especially when you complete the catalyst and add the firefly perk. I got mine done by hanging out on mars triggering ep when there was a group around for a public event. Keep your profile set to public so others can join you, I’m sure you will be able to bang it out. That is the most difficult step, everything else is easy.

Most players should be at a good enough level to not struggle at Level 1 anymore. I help at Level 1, but if the players in the area are not enough in quantity and level, I might bail because Level 2 is a pain when it's not a public event.

1 RispondiYou only need to get 10 levels of EP's done. This can mean 10 level 1 EPs. You only get progress if the boss at the end the level dies. The "event completed" when you fail generally means you failed the level. The Ikelos weapon everyone is harping on about is for the sleeper simulant quest.

Easy way is just do Level 1 kill the ogre, fail next then kill ogre again. Repeat till done.

20 RisposteYou have to defeat the boss 10 times. There are 7 EP waves and wave 1 has 4 sections. If you completed those 4 sections, you get to the boss. Kill the boss 10 times

You have to kill the boss, if you don't kill it it doesn't count. Repeat the wave 1 until you get it.

1 RispondiIf it isn’t giving you progress it’s because you need to have a Rasputin weapon equipped( The quest hand cannon, Ep sniper, shotgun, or smg)

you have to kill the ogre before time runs out for it to count.

If you can’t face LFG, you can sometimes be lucky enough to spawn into a group of players playing EP for long enough to complete the quest steps. Last night, I was able to complete Nascent Dawn 10 Levels and Sleeper 3 Levels with Ikelos just by hanging around the southern Hellas Basin area and joining in events that were triggered. Didn’t manage to ever complete more than two EP Levels in one go (the Level 2 Wizard has ridiculous damage resistance) but first level fairly straightforward now that more players are leveled up. Took a while but still pretty good fun, as I hadn’t really played EP seriously before...
