Seriously, despite its flaws (and there are a few), I find it a very solid, fun game.
Leave aside it’s pretty spectacular art and music and I actually just love trying out new weapons and new combos.
Of course it helps I’m a terrible player so I don’t take it that seriously but I’m always finding something to do to blow off steam. And I seem to find a lot of places I didn’t know existed, caves and the like with hidden enemies and chests.
So, I do like it.
Sorry if that offends.

Modificato da Rainbow_Gravity: 3/26/2018 5:38:06 PMIt's fine. I jumped in D1 in October 2016* when I finally got an Xbox One, so I wasn't there for D1 Day 1. I didn't watch it grow, and didn't have to deal with the growing pains either. I'm sure I'd be saltier right now had I been there since the beginning. I'm playing right now for the reason people used to play games. The gameplay itself. Except "Exodus Crash." Don't really care for that strike. And Crucible is not really my thing either, but I do it every once in a while. Two primaries is whatever. I kind of missed having an auto in my secondary when playing D1 the other day. Maybe they can make energy versions of fusions, shotguns, snipers, and maybe grenade launchers. I'm also grinding the shit out of strikes, public events, and nightfalls to earn rep to cash in and hope for masterwork drops until the May DLC. I will, however, welcome any changes and updates that deepen the gameplay, lore, and loot.

3 RisposteModificato da Priest of Midian: 3/26/2018 3:03:21 PMAbsolutely. I'm coming from D1 on the PS3. I showed up late to the party and jumped in with the legendary edition and had a blast the whole way through. I understood the decision for Bungie to leave behind the PS3 and the X360, it was time to put that generation out to pasture. I now play D2 on the PC and finally have a seat at the cool kids table. It looks and sounds gorgeous, it plays well and I'm enjoying the live events (Iron Banner, Faction Rallies, Dawning etc). These get a little repetitive, but they'll get better I'm sure. I have my niggles. I've voiced them. But I enjoy Destiny 2. I look forward to playing it when I'm not playing it. I don't know if I'm addicted to it, I think I'm getting close.

Modificato da NeddyMorai: 3/26/2018 3:54:20 PMI got my moneys worth out of D2. When you see what passes for a $60 games these days( I'm looking at you Sea of Thieves) I have no complaints about what I got for my money, its just that, unlike D1, D2 currently holds no repeat playability value. I literally cant bring myself to load it up any longer. I'm more likely to play D1 in fact.
-
I like it, so you are not the only one.
-
I like it, got my money's worth and more IMO
-
No, there's a few hundred thousand people that also still enjoy it.
-
Nope!!! I love it!
-
It's a fun game! Have you played with any friends yet? It's way more fun with friends...

3 RispostePeople who don’t like this game and have a kd between 1.2-1.9 are just bad and 🚮 at other games also they are the kids that still play destiny 1.

1 RispondiAnother alt account from DeeJ ^^

1 RispondiNo. There are others who also have poor tastes in games.

Not offended, D2 would be fine if not for available comparisons and it's predecessor. Okay so that's not exactly calling it fine, but I think if D2 was D1, so a blank slate on a new IP... they would have defense for what it lacks. It's kind of a running gag at this point what will be fixed and where the game is going. I don't know if you recall, or if you were around, for when Bungie excitedly declared that they will be adding 40 new ships in the new expansion (I think tdb)? I just read it to my clan and we all laughed at how useless the thought. That coming from people that actually were grinding for ships and shaders. Story isn't great competition for a CoD single player Campaign, PVP is just odd and not even half thought through, and end game is an extended or moded version similar to single player. Not even attempting to be a looter anymore, so at least can't complain the same way there's no loot.

6 RisposteSomeone makes this same exact post once a week, no your not some unique butterfly, there are several dozens that like this game, most of them never played the first one and just started playing the second one, 🤷♂️
-
You are the 3rd or 4th person to do one of these post, so there are 2-3 others.

4 RisposteGood for you, not being sarcastic. I'm curious why you would post this on these forums? I've read the replies so far and it's not surprising. Basically pouring gas on the fire.
-
2 Rispostewhy would I care if you like it , it seems more like you are upset because the majority of people don't like it
-
No I think there are about 50 other poor souls who feel the same way
-
1 RispondiEh you’re the reason it won’t get better if you tell them if it’s good. (It’s not)
-
I love D2, but have run out of stuff to grind for so I am back on D1 until the DLC drops.
-
1 RispondiWhat new weapons and combos? Please, do tell.....

1 RispondiModificato da mikes5673: 3/26/2018 4:33:35 PMGenuine question: where you a Destiny 1 player? Because personally speaking, that's the problem most of us have with D2. A good sequel - whether it be a game, movie or book - should take what was good about the original and expand on it. D2 basically fixed what wasn't broken in the first place (and broke it) and then sold us back old D1 loot whilst reskinning the 'new' stuff. Instead of a massive leap forward the sequel seemed to take 2 steps backward. In terms of graphics, gameplay, art design and sound, etc, I can't fault it for the most part. It just feels like an empty shell of the original and the expansions have not offered enough to fill all that space. I've maintained a theory since release that Bungie's and Activision priorities with D2 were always that huge PC market, many of whom would probably not have played D1 in the first place. As a console player I feel a bit like my 3 years of regular play, forum feedback and expansion purchases with D1 have not really counted for much. But I did have fun and made lots of new friends through the game, so there's always that. Just a pity none of them have played since last year...

6 RisposteModificato da ElBambino: 3/26/2018 12:49:05 PMNo, you're not the only person, but you are in the minority. If you like it, well good for you, just understand there is alot of justified anger vs. Bungie.
-
If you like it, great. But most of us don't.
-
2 RisposteWhy would you liking this hot garbage if a game offend anyone?? I’m not offended I just think you’re a peasant is all.
-
No. There's plenty out there that still find enjoyment in it.

This kind of post illustrates just how bad something is lol.
