Most vets took 2 weeks and the new guys maybe 4.

4 RisposteHey Viper!! How are you? honestly I wasn’t giving in to the hype. I wasn’t going to buy it and didn’t buy, surprisingly a friend got it for me. Anyway- I work crazy hours and basically only get a chance to play the game 2-3 nights a week. So in a week maybe 6 hours. So it took me a while to even do this raid. But yeah started noticing it within 4-5 weeks. Between Wife, kids, dogs, work, Folks, training... I’m lucky to get online Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Have a awesome weekend- (if you all celebrate Thanksgiving), Happy Thanksgiving!

A month after launch

1 RispondiOnce I hit Max on my first character. About 2 weeks.

I realized when I got the same exotic 4 times in a row after grinding for at least an hour for each engram. This game is stunningly shallow. Remember Overwatch on release? That felt like it had more to do. Remember Battlefront 1? That felt like it had more to do. This is unbelievably bad. Do NOT give them another penny of your money. Save it. Give it to a homeless person instead. I guarantee you that hobo will be happier with your money, than you will with whatever you get from Bungie. And for god's sake, if they make promises ignore them. Companies make promises all the time, they are empty. "The team has learned from this" is the biggest load of garbage ever. Just briefly, how can a company be so incompetent that they have 2 separate devteams working on the same game?

6 RisposteDon't think I've ever seen a more pathetic human than this guy. Never played the game and makes a post every single day about how bad it is. Like what kind of basement dwelling -blam!- is he? Does he think this is his job. Pathetic.

Before I bought it, because of boredom I caved
-
Played the beta, bought a Nintendo.
-
Before launch when they announced dual primaries and the heavy slot getting messed with too, knew it then and there but still stooooopid enough to buy it!
-
The Beta. smh
-
2 RisposteThe BETA.
-
2 RisposteThree weeks, I went into denial after 2
-
Beta i had a bad feeling. But 3 years of D1 i pressed on with optimism. A month after release i have no need to play till the DLC which will be eaten up in a week. Crucible used to keep me around, grinding for god roll guns to compete in what was a fun multiplayer... in Destiny 1. D2 crucible is so bad i actually bought WW2 and been playing that.

Modificato da Vulchnov: 11/22/2017 11:29:45 PMHow long ago did they first start announcing the changes they made from d1.

yeah i was going to say 2-3 weeks

The beta
-
I friggin knew it since PC beta and I've told so to my friends, but oh no, it doesn't matter what we're playing, so long as we're playing together...Yeah, well, I'm still waiting for them to buy Destiny 2 and suffer along with me...

Don’t be evasive with that “some vets” nonsense. Do you work for Fox News or something? The real question is, How long did it take YOU to come to this realization? Please share.
-
I kinda felt it at first when I preferred playing other games to the Beta when I had planned to play it endlessly.
-
3 RisposteWatching the beta made me realize that it wasn't for me
-
2 RisposteDuring the beta 🤷🏻♀️
-
I quit playing the last week of September
-
I requested a refund. Not even 30 days in. Plus they just dropped the price 35%. Clearly not selling well.

Felt off about it during the beta, confirmed not interested just after the raid.
