Is currently on sale for $31.
It looks good, but I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. I'll be playing D2 in just over a month, and have HZD and a few other single player titles to tide me over till then.
On top of that, since its summer the amount of time I have to play games has been pretty diminished. Realistically, maybe 10 hours a week (even that is pushing it).
Is it worth the buy? Any thoughts?

It depends on what you like, I really like battlefield 1 it can feel boring compared to 4 but it's really smooth and nice
-
Personally didn't like it as much as other entries in the series, if it didn't have an absolutely embarrassing content drought I wouldn't mind it, but I'd still prefer bf4
-
7 RisposteGet Titanfall 2 instead. Free DLC
-
1 RispondiYou're not sure if it's a good investment but you'll be buying Destiny 2 ? Something's wrong here...
-
2 RisposteIt was $15 here the other week, couldn't get into the campaign at all. The aiming felt so odd but I didn't give mp a go.
-
1 RispondiBuy battlefield 4 instead. Or rainbow Six.

2 RisposteMake a decision???

14 RisposteI'm kind of surprised how many positive reviews the game got, it seems so shallow. Massive downgrade from BF4, just how BF4 was a downgrade from BF3, just like BF3 was a downgrade from BC2. Funny, isn't it?
-
1 RispondiI bought it ( digitally ) during PSN's 12 Deals of Christmas sale since everyone kept going on about how great it was, how great the campaign was. 2 of my friends in particular kept going on about it. I've only played the first 2 levels but so far but I was not impressed. I haven't felt any inclination to go back to it either. I especially regret buying it digitally since I can't trade it in for something else. It should be noted that I'm not a huge FPS fan so it's very hard for me to get excited about a FPS that just offers shooting at stuff. I also played Titanfall 2, Modern Warfare:Remastered and Infinite Warfare right before I played Battlefield 1 so I was suffering from a lot of FPS fatigue. The comparisons between it and Titanfall 2 in particular aren't kind since the gameplay in Battlefield 1 felt especially sluggish after playing Titanfall 2.

You have two people. People who don't care about the time. If you are that get battlefield 4 if you need to be told what to buy. If you really enjoy the era get it 100% get it
-
7 RisposteIt's a fun enough game, but I wouldn't spend $31 on it.
-
1 RispondiIt isn't too shabby. The campaign is a little lackluster but the multiplayer is great. But you would want premium pass which costs $50 but it's a great game

1 RispondiModificato da THUNDERCHILD: 8/3/2017 2:11:04 AMIts not bad, way better than destiny pvp. More game mode variety, vehicles, way bigger maps. I suggest you may want to look into Battlefield 4 too. Still an excellent game, more customization, better than bf1 in my opinion, and Its probably cheaper, all the dlc is free now.
-
3 RisposteGreat game, buy it. Their 2nd dlc is coming out in Sept, nice variety of different game modes, and destructible environments.
-
1 RispondiModificato da blade329: 8/1/2017 11:45:03 PMIt's a great game. I recommend it.

7 RisposteBf1 is great
-
1 RispondiWhile it is fun, I prefer BF4.
-
1 RispondiIve put many hours into it, and still do. Too many people quit immediately because its different than the previous battlefields. If you happen to have ea access, it will be in the vault in a few months. Heck, you could just spend 5 bucks for a month and play it then anyway. No point in buying now.
-
2 Risposte6/10 game, better that infinite warfare lol
-
1 RispondiNot terrible but not great either. I'd wait until it was on sale cheaper or buy a different game.
-
Used to play it all the time but I haven't played it in months and I hear that its player base is quickly falling, best to skip it imo
-
1 RispondiEh i wouldnt waste your time with it, not when there are MUCH better MP games out.
-
4 RisposteI bought it at launch, installed, played like three hours and decided I like bf4 way more. My vote is pass.
-
1 RispondiBf4 I feel is more fun still, it's good at the beginning though
-
3 RisposteLove the Battlefield series, sadly I'd say skip this one. I'm still waiting for BC3 :(
