Lots of crying going on.
Just like we knew would happen. You can't spam your abilities and supers. You have to work as a team. Primary gunfighting.
The way it should be.

If you want to play a game that is primarily gunfighting, you shouldn't be playing Destiny.

Somehow that was everyone else's fault. You hated shotguns? Probably because you used a gun to counter. You hated snipers? Probably because you tries to gun duel and lost. Hated that grenade or perk? You probably only used a gun. Hated Tank or rush builds? You likely couldn't shoot people to death with your gun. I can go on........Gunplay only people that came to a fantasy sci-fi game were the worst. Like someone that hates water but moves where it rains all year.

Using the "abilities excuse" is stupid because it's only became a problem when age of triumph came out. Before that most of y'all wasn't crying about that. Also destiny were selling as a shooter where your character have power(and you knew it) so why calling the people that use both "scrub" or whatever name you want just because they don't play like you think they should play? You acting like a bad player trying to convince himself that he's good.

People spammed abilities because they did so much damage. When you take away the damage in D2 and then combine that with long recharge times you have boring gameplay. I don't care either way. It's just a beta, things will change.

What made the PvP in destiny 1 fun was that it was different and unique than other shooters.

I disagree. The reason i bought Destiny was because of its combo with guns and abilities. It's what made Destiny fun. If they think they need to change it for some sweaty pvp players then they'll lose a lot of players. Oh and everybody is entitled to their opinion. They call this a beta so they want feedback.

It needs to be somewhere in the middle. Too much team shooting going on. As expected, but tbh if pve is good and engaging enough I won't play pvp anyway.
