People need to learn how to PTFO
People in Battlefield 1 are really starting to piss me off in Conquest. They have no clue how to properly PTFO! They don't hold or defend objectives. As soon as they cap they keep on trucking to the next. Yeah i get in the beginning of a match its a mad dash to setup defenses but 1/3 or 1/2 way through a game that is a stupid strat. You get just over half the objectives and HOLD them. Constantly pushing forward is stupid and invites the enemy to flank you. I hate always having to spawn behind us to get our first flag because you guys pushed all the way to their spawn.
And don't always rely on other team mates to take down vehicles. If you get killed by a tank, go assault or find an artillery gun and take the damn thing out.

1. I have the skin for m18 so yay I get the seal of approval. 2. There really should only be like 5 people taking the first flag otherwise you are allowing the enemy to take more flags then you or reach mid first. 3. If there are a suitable amount of assaults on the team then that tank should be dealt with if it's in the middle of the battle at least almost immediately I shouldn't have to switch to do their damn job.

See the way me and my Bros do it is: >one of us is squad leader >2 medics, a support, at least one assault, last can be whatever >constantly on the move attacking and defending whatever flags we see. Our squad is usually the top squad and everyone mostly always finishes top 10. Staying mobile can do wonders.

BF1's conquest is the worst iteration of the game mode in the series' history. They need to go back to BF2/3/4's style.

12 RisposteAgreed. Too many snipers just out for kills and not actually throwing flares and scouting. Too many supports not dropping ammo. Too many medics not healing or reviving. And too many people just worrying about KD... games great I wish people would just actually play it.

5 RisposteI play squad leader for my friends, every match. Every time we take a point, I order defense of that objective until I'm sure the counterattack is over. If it's over, and the team is moving up, we move up. Strength in numbers.

Yea people play conquest differently now that kills don't matter. I thought I'd like it more, but I'm not sure I do. Instead of holding points and getting kills to help the team, now most people do what you're talking about and just rush off to the next flag.

Isn't this the exact same complaint from any other control type mode in any other pvp game? The only way around this is a pre made team.
