Chaos dogma is neat but I find it only really useful as a boss killer, where Hung Jury works amazingly as a boss killer AND a mob killer. Its so rare that you'll get all 44 crit shots on a strike boss considering strike design these days keeps players constantly mobile (Wretched Eye, Darkblade, Bond Brothers, etc). But hey, it won't [i]hurt[/i] you to use either gun, but Hung Jury just feels useful in more situations than CD. Its like the argument between gally and sleeper. Sleeper is better for bosses but gally is better for more situations than just that.
