Man there's a lot of salty ass "elitists" in here. Good luck teaching those that asked for help, we could always use more cool people like you around here.

1 RispondiObliviousTouch... i'd like to say thanks and if there is space i'm interested... I'm probably the sort of player who this is aimed at... I've only been at this a year, never played FPS games prior to Destiny - i actually bought my PS4 at the time i got destiny and had never had a console before. Therefore, my muscle memory isn't as defined as people who've been playing for years etc.. Earlier this year i posted a cry for help on the forums... and got a lot of good and bad responses.. but let me explain my average crucible experience... it's horrible. I don't know the maps well enough - and die so often i couldn't just explore (OK so now i can using private matches) I certainly don't know the map/gun combo I probably don't know the where i SHOULDN'T be I don't know the encounters that i SHOULDN'T be going for My aim under pressure is terrible My TTK is high Combine all of that, and basically i'm the scrub that's coming in last 99% of the time; I've only ever won a crucible match (solo) once, and i'm convinced that was a fluke. So a lot of you would probably say just play and keep on playing, but i'd counter that by saying that that I (and a lot of others) don't or can't learn by osmosis. It's like throwing the keys a of a car at someone and then expecting them to learn to drive without any lessons, all be it by killing themselves many many many many times. For me, I do something only for so long before I feel that I've got better things to be doing. After all, this is a game, and isn't it supposed to be fun? I go in to some matches and i die so often and so quickly that I literally have no idea what happened, often without seeing who did what. And you know, i don't think that i deserve the right to be playing with those players. Use a sports analogy (which i hate); why should a person with zero skills be expected to (or allowed to) compete with a professional/semi professional athlete. that's right, I should get my ass handed to me. BUT why can't players like me, play with others of equivalent skill - be restricted to that. I've though that a league system where getting the the A games need to be earned. Why would a player who makes it to the Lighthouse want to go up against a scrub like me?? there is ZERO challenge in that, is there? Oh... and skill based match making doesn't really work, trust me, the only time i EVER feel that I've got any chance is when the rest of you are in Trials or IB and i go play a control game. there is a noticeable difference in the skill level between a Sunday/Monday night and then when Trials is done.. As for gun control, well i'm not good enough! but without the ability to practise would i ever get better? - IMHO NO. the current shotgun meta in supremacy is great, IF you know how to get into the right position. folk like me try and usually fail. Ok, so i'm probably whining; but try to see it from my perspective (just a little?)

2 RisposteDo you charge donations? Or is this purely out of wanting to help others? I see you're trying to grow your community and twitch and YouTube through this but I'm curious if you will be charging people/ asking for donos?

3 RisposteModificato da Ahhsenberg: 10/12/2016 10:19:38 PMThis is the most cringe worthy thing I've seen in a while. All you have to do is say this: Step 1: Equip a good shotgun or sniper. Step 2: Either run around corridors with a shotgun or camp lanes with a sniper. Step 3: Get ammo crates. Step 4: Use your super when you run out of ammo(use Invective to avoid this as much). Step 5: REPEAT Step 6: If all else fails, just hide in your spawn with a Scout Rifle. That's it. But hey, I'll be glad to watch your stupid YT and Twitch crap that everyone and their mother uses. *pukes*

If there's any crucible Sherpas on Xbox one I'd be interested in improving my game with some help/pointers. I'm really not bad just want to reach that next level and have some consistency. I've made it to the lighthouse a few times but it's a total crapshoot, I do really terrible some weekends and others I do great. Not sure what I need to do to get over the hump and "git gud" so maybe I need some help. Anyone interested shoot me a msg, my GT on Xbox is same as here.

5 Risposte"so you and a group of friends get together with a few randoms" And that right there is what`s killing both IB and Crucible....Fireteams. IB was full to the top with established teams thrashing groups of randoms... Teams are using the Crucible as their own engram and drop farm. Fireteams have the entire rest of the gameworld to run, but should be broken up for IB and Crucible matches..PERIOD. Maybe you could pressure Bungie to offer team-v-team IB and Crucible..ha, ha, ha....yea right. Established teams have so much of an edge going into the matches that it`s almost impossible to stay competitive., let alone win one.

10 RisposteYou should probably work on those stats and that light level, first. Nice of you to try to help people but I really don't think you're qualified. At all.
-
2 RisposteHonestly if you're looking to improve take a look at truevanguard. He's a great player and there are ton of his help videos ranging from winning 1v1s to panic situations! You'll learn a lot more from YouTube videos and practising with your friends
-
I dont understand what this lady is talking about. Ill admit my "stats" could be loads better but how do you not understand that some time you need to switch things up or even play your disadvantages in a match. Im going to go drink bleach. And get good at that.
-
I'll pass, mtashed already taught me.

2 RisposteLet's be honest, knowledge won't get people very far in crucible, you can't teach a scrub to be good. Either they get in there and get the experience to be good, or they complain and handicap themselves with stupid ideals that prevent them from ever truly competing. Best of luck with your classes, but I think you'll find out that people choose to be bad, and then think the game should change to suit their lack of skill. They're not willing to "git gud", and therefore will always be bad. The motto is: "Sucks to suck."
-
People are probably better off watching some YouTube video on the basics tbh. Takes way less time, and most "scrubs" probably don't have that much time. Unless you review their gameplay and tell them what to improve on. Anyway, kind of you to offer help.
