Exotic Weapon Idea
It could be a Scout Rifle or a Hand Cannon,
It's exotic perk is called "Money Shot" Precision kills generate additional glimmer.
The Intransient perk would be "Counter Balance"
I got this idea while farming glimmer, was thinking it would be nice to have something to stack with resupply codes.
It's just something destiny doesn't have.
