RoI takes up to much game data to play on legacy consoles. You literally couldn't load the game on a legacy console if they released RoI for legacy consoles

Real shame Bungie didn't take Microsoft up on the dedicated servers offer... just imagine how much better and more enjoyable every Raid would have been without all the server connection lag times, teleporting ogers, glitched up and broken VoG, CE, POE... pvp would actually work like a game should in 2016.
