Here I am at work right now, and my 11 year old just called to let me know, that he just went flawless for the 2nd time on my warlock(very proud dad) if he can do it so can u, keep practicing and listen to those who know how to play.
Edit: my son will be 12 next month, and to all the people saying I shouldn't let him play because of predators, I have been gaming for 20 years, I have never ever heard of that shit happening on psn and if I did I would shut that shit down so fast, and so would the people I game with.
Also he plays on my account with people I've already raided with, I'm also a clan leader. He has zero accesses to PC and Facebook. I know how to raise my son! Who the hell do u think showed him how to play, lol
Edit#2 to all the idiots saying, I shouldnt be proud of my son and video games, -blam!- u! I'm proud of everything my son does, but this is a destiny forum, this is not a place to talk about his great grades, how he plays baseball etc. stop being butt hurt, because you've never seen the light house.

You should be proud of whatever your son does. Whether it's a video game accomplishment or he gets good grades What people don't understand is he isn't doing anything bad, he isn't doing drugs, he isn't killing people, as long as he does his schoolwork and not put games first then who the -blam!- cares? This community makes me want to die

3 RisposteI am the lighthouse

2 RisposteYeah, well if you think that's impressive my 6 month old has discovered that blended food fits perfectly in ears!
-
I am not 11 years old... <3
-
2 RisposteThat's awesome. When I was 11 I think the super nintendo was the top console. However, an old fart like me can't compete with the reflexes of an 11 year old.
-
3 RisposteThat's awesome bro! I've been playing since the beta and I've still not gone flawless XD

Modificato da GANTZ: 8/9/2016 8:48:48 AM11 olds have better reflexes than a lets say 30 year old , and they got nothing better to do than play and practice , especially during summer break...

so basically the average streamer?
-
4 RisposteNo stop bringing squeakers into these games!

oooh... moral dilemma on the internet. Where's my hot buttered popcorn? Seriously though...I remember watching my 8yr old daughter rip my older nephew a new one on his own games that she had never played before. Made me so proud! She could pick up games I was frustrated with and just run with them. Used to tease her to stop playing FPS games...will have a hard time keeping a boyfriend when she keeps sniping them from 500 yards out. LOL. Kids these days. It's amazing what they can do with technology. Best we can do is present them to things in a controlled environment, try to make them understand the proper way to use it, and basically hope for the best. Better they get exposed at home while we can monitor and address issues as they arise. All I can say is Kudos to you and your son, and nevermind the bollocks.
-
6 RisposteDon't listen to these people. Most of them are mad because they can't make it to the lighthouse.
-
8 Risposte
to all the idiots saying, I shouldnt be proud of my son and video games
You should be proud. When I was 11 I was just discovering that I could fart in water and see the bubbles. ...and I was considered a smart kid.
-
At 11 years old he has a reaction time to dodge real life bullets. Im 19 and i can already see my reaction fading. (but practice will prevail!)
-
Dude.. I am so sorry about all the crap you are getting for this... I saw 11 year old and flawless and I thought that is pretty legit especially since I am 18 and still yet to do so. But that is the internet for you, ruining everything just for a few laughs.
what did you really except on these forums?
1 RispondiNerf Fusion rifles? I totally 100% agree.

1 RispondiSadly, most of these idiots telling you how to raise your kid probably have no kids. It's cool you and your son have an activity to bond over. It's even cooler that you monitor your child's activity to ensure is safety and that he plays responsibly. Keep up the good work, and hopefully my son ends up going to the lighthouse one day as well!

Most kids play video games.. don't see what all the fuss is about. Its not like it's uncommon. As long as it's not an obsession and takes away from other child experiences. Some kids may need limits, all depends. But congrats to him!

10 RisposteI don't understand you guys lmao "oh I'm so proud that my child is wasting his youth playing video games, I'm sure he won't hate me for letting him waste his childhood staring at a tv later in life, depriving him of learning the life and social skills he will need to take care of himself and others." I wonder if you will still be as proud when he goes flawless in your basement 28 years from now lolol
-
Damn I need to git gud. Congrats for your son.
-
2 RisposteMost 11year olds kick my ass on here anyway -An old gamer

Well done mate👍

Congrats man, he's better than half of the people that play destiny. These guys only know how to whine and cry. :P

1 RispondiAnyone posting anything negative about this more than likely isn't a parent. As a parent anytime my kid does something that he is proud of I'm also very happy for him. Grades, sports, video games, social activities are all the same merit to me. At the end of the day all you want for your kids is for them to be confident and capable in themselves.

I'm pleased for your son. I got my first carry to the lighthouse last weekend by a random 10 year old.
