How'd you get your Gally?
I've seen some great stories of how people got their Gally's and I love the nostalgia of Y1 stories. I got my Gally from a legendary engram dropped from a dreg in the cosmodrome. Took it to Rahool (you scandalous, dirty little man) and out popped my beautiful baby G-Horn!.... What's your story?

soloing week 9(?) nightfall (was against Valus Ta'aurc) on my Titan. back then, did it on my hunter as well and got last word in the same week. didn't think the gjallarhorn was any good back then, but oh my when I found out how powerful it was did I love it

After HOW launched, We played Crota hard mode after reaching level 33, just to see the difference. It dropped from Crota. Of course. I never got the crux.

1 RispondiOnly took months of nightfalls. I think I was the third of my regular group to get one, it felt great, but eventually everyone got one except for one guy. It became a running joke running three nightfalls and doing death singer and Crota thrice weekly and then he FINALLY got one. I think one week before it was left behind by game update

1 RispondiSb on crota hard. Got it about 2 months before xur sold it. It's such a great weapon but tbh icebreaker will always be the best exotic. Only my yr1 guardians will remember no scoping thrall in lamps on crota to get that chain reaction explosion. Good times

Got it off ye olde Vanguard playlists, went "Ew, an exotic rocket launcher! *dismantle*" about a month later, got another one ftom VoG and I knew the potential devastation it could unleash.

Still think it was a Bungie conspiring against me! My Gally moment was getting Vex Mythoclast! Oooohh yeah baby!

Well it was my first vog I was a complete noob and o didn't know what to do I got carried to the famous exotic chest where I struggled with the jumping puzzle until I got it my first exotic it Was gally and I didn't know how good it was

4 RisposteFinished a Nightfall and received a legendary heavy engram. Went to the Cryptarch and it decrypted to Gjallarhorn. I did a silent scream because my wife and kids were sleeping.
