What if Warlocks get an armor piece that lets them Blink if they double tap crouch?
Now here me out here, What if Warlocks get an armor piece that lets them (when double tapping the crouch button) Blink in the direction they were moving on the ground. Something like how Hunters get the shade step in the direction they were moving in.
Now I here you say: "that's going to be overpowered as hell" and here is my suggestion: Lets say that if you do use your blink on the ground, it takes up one of your jumping blinks (you get two blinks normally with a cool down in between them). Let me also suggest that you can only use this ground blink once every three seconds just like Twilight Garrison and Shade step. This way, you cant constantly spam the move.
Just an idea I had.
TL:DR Warlocks get an armor piece that lets them blink on the ground with a double tapped crouch. Takes up one blink charge of the two you have. Can only ground blink once every three seconds.
This didn't get much traction over on reddit, so I'm seeing how this goes over here.
Any suggestions?

Honestly I never liked blink. I'd prefer if they gave us more speed and lift off in our Focus burst jump....noticeably more.

You know what doesn't make sense? The subclasses that can use it. If warlocks can blink with void, and hunters stole it and learned to do it with arc, then why can stormtrancers only blink while in super? You'd think once they got their arc shit together that'd be an option for a regular jump. I'm not saying hunters should also get a void blink since we have Shadestep already but come on.
