I dont care about my KD!
I play this game for my enjoyment. I'm tired of being kicked from competitive teams BC I have under a 1.0 Here's the thing, I do stupid things in PvP because they are fun. I like to use horrible guns BC they're just fun.

5 RisposteI'm with you. My highest crucible kd is 1.16 and I go flawless pretty much every weekend. I've also carried 6 virgins to the lighthouse so far. And I still can't get a good trials team off the forums to save my life lol.

People protect their KD like people really care, or like they could put it on a job resume. If it doesn't feed you, get you laid, or get you hired, then why care so much that it becomes more important than just playing the GAME and having fun? I understand getting smashed isn't fun to some people, but neither is letting an arbitrary number decide what's fun for you or not.

I agree, though I prob wouldn't play with competitive teams if you're only playing for fun. I mostly play for quests and bounties so my KD suffers a lil from that. But if you're not playing for fun then whats the point right? Ignore the sweaty try hards and you be you.

8 RisposteAgreed! I helped a friend get his sword kills for his exotic sword quest in crucible. I ran at him again and again until he got them all. KD is unimportant.

5 RisposteBut how else are the competative players supposed to know you're good? Look at it from the point of view if players that are trying to get to the lighthouse every weekend,. And don't feel like wasting their time with someone they cant trust.

6 RisposteI mean, you like using fun guns, which most of the time means it's not necessarily good or just can't compete with top tier weapons, bringing lots of deaths. You, a " fun gun " user don't really belong in competitive teams which take matches seriously and here there to win. Stick to your group of friends, you know, people who play casually.

I completely agree. Me and a few friends just jumped off the map in trials to get rank ups on crucible or just danced in the back. Fun when others danced with us and then someone would fist of havok lol

I'm the same way with using pretty much every different weapon in the game when I play pvp. But I've never been kicked from a team before because I play with friends who also don't take pvp seriously all the time. If my mates want to play seriously or do Trials I back out because it's not my thing. Play with friends and not randoms. Makes things a whole lot easier :-)
