You can revive one member of noble team
Don't know for sure if Jun is alive. And we all know how the others died (at least those who have played Halo Reach)

Jorge, because he was the only one with a true personality. Everyone else was either a dull, emotionless husk, and blank slate with no personality, or in the case of emile, the stereotypical badass. Jorge is the only one that had any real character development.

Jun is still alive. In the comics he was a recruiter for the spartan 4 program. He was also in a recent halo book [spoiler]I'd revive kat, then run [b]her[/b] over in a warthog and see how she likes it[/spoiler]

Jun is still alive (to some point at least). I think the name of the book is new blood but I could be mistaken. It's about buck, and Jun shows up and asks buck to become a Spartan, which is why he is one in halo 5
