Tripmines are NOT traps. A trap wouldn't have a damn beacon on it
They acted as stickies for TWO YEARS. They have stuck to everything and everyone has been ok with it for so long, and now that bungie says that "that's not how they were intended to be used." Everybody is suddenly ok with it? That's bullshit, and you all know it, if they weren't intended to work like that they would have changed them a month after release. Not to mention that they actually took skill/luck to stick to people because they had NO AIM ASSIST.
Okay I'm sorry for the confusing title. I'm basically saying that if it's supposed to be a trap then there shouldn't be such a huge indicator of where it's been placed, that's all I'm saying

It is extremely tough to see without the huge indicator, especially with all of the designs in the walls camoflauging it.

Everyone is pretty upset by the nerfs and understandably so. What I think Bungie is trying to do is make it so that you dont have to run high armor, which 90% of ppl do currently. I always ran highest armor on gunslinger (minus worthless circle of life) so I would survive trip mines, throwing knives, and a lot of 1 v 1 engagements with just a sliver of health. Now that they nerfed all of those threats, the only things left are OHKO with or without armor. Shoulder charge and sticky grenades are all that come to mind. Also you may have needed one more bullet from DoP type autos with full armor. So basically it seems to me to be a shift in what should be standard stat setups. Before everyone choose max armor then recovery now armor is not worth anything unless you are up against a DoP. This benifits hunters and warlocks the most. Now we can have max agility and recovery with out suffering a penalty.
