The zoom and handling are terrible. They gimped it compared to the Year One version. Apparently the invisibility perk was considered too strong to leave it be, so they nerfed the actual weapon to make it more of a niche: Abuse the invisibility to the extent of your abilities to try and make the gun work. Problem is it's not 100% invisibility and we can still see a red glare. It is 100% a decent PvE Arc Burn Sniper for risky situations, though.
