Why is no one using patience and time in pvp???
Seriously this is a sniper with max stability, field and freaking third eye! It has a great scope, good aim assist, handles amazingly, and invisibility makes it harder to get headshot by long range counter snipers, I should be every sniper's dream!
I honestly didn't expect this to get so big, nice to see different opinions on the gun!
Loving the creative post here.
I should take the time to acknowledge that I'm a hardscoping sniper (scrubby yes I know) and I am basing the feel of the scope and handling on that.

I used P&T a lot today in Iron Banner. It took some getting used to with the zoom but getting those kills did feel rewarding.

Apparently the invisibility perk was considered too strong to leave it be, so they nerfed the actual weapon to make it more of a niche: Abuse the invisibility to the extent of your abilities to try and make the gun work. Problem is it's not 100% invisibility and we can still see a red glare. It is 100% a decent PvE Arc Burn Sniper for risky situations, though.

Handles way to slowly, too high zoom that comes usefull mostly just in very large map like first light and it takes up an exotic slot.

6 RisposteStability is pretty useless in pvp... Also the scopes are horrible and the exotic perk encourages hard scoping... So that's a no for me.

All the patches in Destiny have played its toll on P&T. I love the gun, but with the sniper nerfs and certain perk changes/nerfs P&T is worse then most of the other mid-high impact snipers in PvP now. That's my issue with Destiny. To many guns were effected by the amount of patches and since Bungie wants PvP and PvE to function the same some guns become worse then originally intended. P&T is no exception and was designed to be a great PvP sniper at launch. Flash forward 2 years and x amount of patches later and its average at best.

I only use my snipers in PVE but this gun was changed drastically from y1 version. Used to be awesome.. then Jon Weirznewski broke it

4 RisposteThe scope is a joke, it feels "slow", stability means little to me on a high impact, and 3rd eye isn't going to make me forget all those faults. It's a shame "exotics" really don't compare to legendaries with a good roll. My LDR is the only sniper I've ever had where I can fire 2 shots and have the two perks put 3 back in the mag for me.
