So we can disable a perk from a super for over a month but we can't disable Clown Cartrige to ensure we play Trials and Banner?

27 RisposteEach individual weapon with Clown Cartridge is it's own line of code. The differing perks on each instance of the same weapon is a different line of code. There are more than likely, and I'm only estimating here, hundreds of thousands of lines of codes for EACH heavy with Clown Cartridge on. The Shadowshot Quiver node is ONE particular string of code. If you still think it's that simple to disable all of that code, I implore you to try and do it in 24 hours. When you can't, I hope you have a newfound sense of just how hard Bungie works to keep you ungrateful children pleased.

they cant, they don't remember how they programed it and cant fix it , just like they cant develop a game any more without fracking it up some how.

I only try out ToO for the bounties and IB is always fun and this last IB was giving gear out like crazy (probably the only reason I'm sad for no IB). Ya know, Mayhem Clash would be the best alternative for them to still let us run IB. Rocket glitch would make no difference. Though I'm sure the forum would be full of salty chumps who would bitch about Mayhem in general, there're always those types of chumps on here.

4 RisposteI get that there are alot of immature idiots on the forums gutted they've lost their weekly pissing contest. But I agree with the op, but instead of removing the Clown cartridge perk, personally I'd have disabled heavy ammo completely in pvp, many players, especially in trials, prefer not to use it anyway, so instead of removing Trials and IB, Bungie should've just removed the heavy spawn from pvp until the glitch had been fixed.

4 RisposteDisabling the super from a hunter is way different than disabling something on so many different kinds of weapons that utilize the clown cartridge perk. What they would need to do is rewrite the code that contains the clown cartridge perk, replace it with something else until they can add the perk back in, and they can't do it just like that. It would take days just to isolate the bug. As it stands right now, the clown cartridge bug is only affecting weapons that have the cocoon perk on them. What they might end up doing is taking the perk out of the game completely unless they can find a fix fast. Besides, they just found out about this game breaking bug just before the weekly update came out, so they will need to take their time to fix it.

Oh, I'm just heating up popcorn and waiting for the inevitable post from the Salty PvE player complaining about the nerf to clown Cartridge and how PvP is ruining the game. Can't wait.
