im assuming...?
to get to lothric castle, i either can:
kill the lady that gives you the small lothric banner, she drops a consumable to trigger The Dancer fight.
or
kill three cinder lords and speak to the mentioned lady.

Yep, but the dancer is no joke. It's honestly easier to solo her, because any summons (besides the exploit) will die stupidly fast.

2 RisposteIt does not matter that much, kill the NPC at low level to get a challenging fight, he/she is pretty nasty if your only sl 20, but otherwise its best to kill the lords. You'll need to kill them anyway to unlock the final boss.
