What's the best faction rank up way?
What's the way to rank up a faction I want to try to hit rank 25 with FWC in a week or 2 is that possible?

It's possible - farm for rep and glimmer, when you hit max glimmer spend it all on weapon parts and donate these for rep, if you're close to leveling use motes to get you over the line, rinse and repeat. If you're farming patrol you'll build up a lot of mats which you can donate also - just check what your faction is accepting each week.
